Dr. Sindu Pillai

The PAs and Dr. are extremely nice and caring. My 4 mo grandson had his shots and the nurse did such a quick job he barely felt it.

I thank God my boys dont get sick very often but when they do Im glad to have Dr. Pillai and her other practitioners. They are always there to help me no matter the problem. They are all very polite and explain thoroughly the problem and how to resolve it. I am truly thankful to have them as my kiddos pediatricians.

We were seen promptly by PA Van and she answered all our questions and put in the prescription right away .

My rating is strictly dealing with the Asian PA NOT Natalie.This Asian PA Ill come back and provide her name when I call the office. She is so loud and has very poor bedside manners. She aggressively handled my childs ears while examining her. She pushed for vaccines that school no longer asks for. She was pushing to give my daughter a total of 7 vaccines all at once In what world is this safeAnother mishap is she misdiagnosed my daughter with warts by looking at her skin which by the way she kept squinting at my daughters sling and getting so close to the computer monitor. Get glasses womanI only agreed to see her because Natalie was out on vacation but I will not go back seeing this bulldog.By the way my daughter was diagnosed correctly by a dermatologist. Be aware of this doctor.

Our family has gone to Dr. Pillai for a little over 7 years now. Amazing service and care. Great with any concern you may have and very efficient. The P.A.s are Amazing as well they definitely give you as good of care as Dr. Pillai. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Wonderful clinic staff. It is just that we were their first appt at 8am we arrived early and werent seen till 915. The wait time is always an issue at any medical office. But this was their first appt we arrived early and still had to wait over an hour to be seen.

The only reason I am giving this office two stars is because Dr Pillai herself is very personable and professional. Her office however is terrible. Each time I had an appointment we had to wait over an hour past our scheduled time to finally be seen. EVERY SINGLE TIMETheir referral coordinator is absolute trash. My son got a referral Nov 14 and although I followed up on this on four separate occasions it wasnt actually submitted until Jan 9After the referral was finally submitted I received a call from some lady to ask what happened but after I expressed my frustration she just said oh well I can only speak as to whats going on now and your referral was approved.Start away from this office Its a literal waste of time.

The first time I took two of my children for appointments I was treated like I was stupid and a bad mother. Everything I said or asked was met with a doubtful condescending attitude by the PA who saw us. I thought maybe it was just an off day. The next appointment that I had scheduled was for my 9 month old. When I scheduled the appointment I had explained that several issues led to us not being able to have him seen since he was a month old. One big issue was that our previous clinic was extremely short staffed and couldnt even answer their phones on base and we had been dealing with illnesses with our whole family family of 10. The person scheduling us reacted in disbelief and couldnt seem to hide her disapproval. She made it seem urgent that we have my 9 month old seen soon and scheduled him two days after his brothers appointment. The day came for his appointment and when we show up we are told that they tried to contact us to tell us the dr cancelled due to illness. We never got a call or message. We needed that appointment. They could have had him see someone else. They said they could reschedule him or let us know if there were openings in the following days. Well what good does that do if I dont get to know if his appointment has been cancelled until we show up. Very unproffessional all around. I am very disappointed and Im not sure I trust this place enough to return.

the new office is stunning. the doctor was extremely friendly and helpful. answered all my questions and reassured me that i was doing everything right for my newborn. met her through the hospital i gave birth which made it so easy to get everything set up as a new patient. being a first time mom i was worried about being able to find someone and she made things so easy. the staff in the office is friendly as well. i would recommend her to any parent

Ive been a patient myself. Now 4 children later we are a lifetime family of Dr Pillai and Natalie the PA. The most important part for me is finding a provider who truly cares about the health of my child. I appreciate that they make every effort to fit my child in whenever theyre sick same day next day. The doctors call my cell phone if follow ups are needed. They listen to us in our office visits doesnt feel rushed Thank you Natalie for going above and beyond for our kiddos and when we return you remember us like you know us personally and you follow up on any health concerns from previous visits
