Dr. Shari Carroll

We were extremely impressed with Dr. Carroll and staff. Her office is absolutely beautiful and very kidbaby friendly. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Carroll is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Carroll. Not only is she and the rest of her staff so sweet and caring. But they treat each patient with such love and individuality. They dont subscribe to a one size fits all model and dont do any procedure unnecessarily.We brought my 10 week old daughter in for a consultation on a tongue tie and lip tie and she took the time with her to properly exam her and see if laser intervention needed to be done we came in thinking she had a lip and tongue tie but Dr Carroll only saw the tongue tie which needed to be treated.Fast forward to the next week for the laser procedure. I was a wreck thinking of my little girl being in pain but her staff were so gentle and sweet to our little girl from numbing her mouth prior to all the way through the rest of the visit even sang the Wheels on the bus to her to calm her.They are super knowledgeable and give clear and precise instructions post procedure. I cant recommend this practice enough Thank you Dr. Carroll and staff

Amazing office it was so well-designed that kids would forget they are here for dental check. The staff were friendly and attentive. They sent out texts and emails to do pre-check in and appointment reminders with clear instructions. Dr. Shari is very experienced with kids crying. In most difficult situation she still managed to clean most of our sons teeth. In the end of the appointment our son got to choose a trophy from the magical cabinet. This office totally make toddler dental appointments so much less stress. On the way home he was all happy playing with his trophy.

Five stars all the way for this office and Dr. Shari Carroll. We started coming here with our son when he was just born for a lip tie and have been coming ever since for checkups. The office is beautiful and so much fun for kids-- the waiting room bubble wall the TV screens on the exam room ceilings and the cloud on the bathroom ceiling as well as the tall toy closet and ten different toothpaste flavors are little touches that stand out for us.Now my son is almost two and he recently fell and chipped two of his front teeth on a Saturday. We were able to get ahold of Dr. Carroll immediately and she was extremely kind caring and thorough with how to look after him which is so appreciated in such a stressful situation We are so grateful for Dr. Shari Carroll Thank you

Took our 4 year-old and 17-month old for a check-up and a first appointment. We tried a different pediatric dentist but didnt really vibe with the officeso glad to have found this new practice because Dr. Nicole and staff were absolutely lovely.Admittedly we were a bit of a mess with the insurance totally not their fault it was on our end with Delta Dental being late etc. and not the easiest patients to deal with but they were so helpful every step of the way. The level of care concern and kindness from everyone in the front of the office to the assistant Maricela was amazing. I really appreciated how thorough Dr. Nicole was in explaining my sons situation hes missing some teeth and gave recommendations on oral care with no judgment or scare tactics like some healthcare professionals resort to. As a parent I felt totally supported by them and most importantly I knew that my kids were in safe hands here. Dr. Shari and the team came highly recommended by my friend and I know why.The office was clean and fun for the kids it was hard to get them to leave parking was easy text message notifications were convenient. So glad to have found a team that will keep my kids healthy.

As a mother of four young children finding a reliable and compassionate pediatric dentist was top on my priority list. I can wholeheartedly say that Dr. Shari Carroll has been nothing short of a blessing to our family. From the moment we stepped into her office we felt a warmth and genuine care that is rare to find.What stands out most is how she interacts with each of my children. She is kind and clear with the children on what she is doing and she answers any questions they have.As a parent the health of my childrens teeth is important. Dr. Carroll is knowledgeable keeps herself updated with the latest in pediatric dental care and never hesitates to take time to educate us on best practices.Weve had cleanings a couple of fillings and even a dental emergency and each time Dr. Carroll has shown an exemplary level of professionalism and care. The best Pediatric dentist in the South-bay in my opinion it took several dentist visits before I found her.I have been taking my doughter to her for a while now and she is always so kind and gentle.I have recommended Dr. Carroll to a few of my friends and they love her they dont care driving from Manhattan Beach they are just happy that they found someone great.Highly recommend Dr Carroll

Dr. Shari is a wonderful dentist in addition to being a wonderful person. We switched our 4 kids to Dr. Shari from another pediatric dentist and are so happy we did. Dr. Shari is gentle and reassuring to our kids and the care they receive is outstanding. I would recommend Dr. Shari to anyone with children she is the best.

My three boys absolutely love going to the dentist because of Dr. Shari and her exemplary staff. We switched to her a few years ago and my kids have the best time when they go to her office filled with the most fun gamestoys tooth-fairy portals and even a tiny kid sized door for them to enter thru.... she really has thought of everything. Most of all I appreciate that she is board certified as a pediatric dentist and I know my kids are getting the best care. Dr. Carroll is truly wonderful and I cant recommend her office enough

As a mother of three active boys Dr. Carroll is a lifesaver She is always available with a warm smile and comforting personality for our boys.
