Cognitive Behavioral therapy, can help you uncover, identify and counter unhelpful thinking, helping you reach your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. Equine therapy we incorporate horses as co-therapist and examine emotions and behaviors to help you experience a sense of empowerment and assertiveness when interacting with horses. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.
