For anyone who is pro-vaccine like me but still wants to be fully informed to make an informed decision through informed consent be aware of how your doctor approaches you I had a remote video-based appointment with himwho has a Doctor in Medicine M.D. degreeto ask questions and discuss concerns regarding the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine. With all my questions and concerns ready to ask during the whole duration of my appointment my doctor was doing either two or three different things simultaneously. Most of my questions and concerns that were expressed led to a response that required me to seek the CDC for information although the purpose of the appointment was to seek professional information from a doctor who has more information and can make it easier for me to understand. With my mother around as my liaison as part of my health plan when she echoed what I said while sharing her experiences as a current radiologist in one of New York Citys worst-impacted hospitals during the pandemic that was when his unprofessionalism was exhibited further in which politics were mentioned by stating he was fed up with the Donald Trump versus Hillary ClintonJoe Biden debate. From there he thought of me trying to be fully informed consumer to make an informed decision through informed consent as a threat to his grandmother thus leaving me to feel victimized for something that everyone has a right to do before accepting something. By politicizing the appointment and trying to interrupt me here-and-there while communicating with me with an attitude my experience should serve as a warning to anyone who is considering getting the vaccine while getting all the information they need. Everyone deserves to be fully aware and informed of what they are getting before agreeing to anything especially when its something completely new. If you want the vaccine that is okay and there is nothing wrong with taking the vaccine. But be fully informed so you can make an informed decision through informed consent Being pressured by society is not the way to go and there is already too much unnecessary division in the United States of America for something as simple as being ethical and humane about peoples questions and concerns. As long as its not based on conspiracy theories and false news no one should have to seek further advice from someone with a Doctor in Medicine degree who treats you in an unprofessional matter.

His professionalism and bed side manner is second to none. I am older but have a condition that younger patients seem to experience. He made me feel right at home and nailed the diagnosis which other doctors were at a complete loss. Great doctor in my humble opinion.

This doctor has it all. First and foremost he is compassionate and you are left with a feeling that he genuinely cares about you. He is brilliant and I feel blessed to have him as my doctor. Five stars all the way. Five stars for his assistant Dr. David as well. Highly recommended

Went to Dr. Devnsky many years ago. Not only did he not help me but he almost killed me due to a reaction I had to medicine he gave me. When I had questions he was never available. So glad I am no longer under his care. Hope he learned from his mistakes...

I appreciate that Dr. Devinsky advocates to raise awareness of SUDEP Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilelpsy among medical professionals and the general public. Too many neurologists dont tell families about the possibility of SUDEP Dr. Devinsky is absolutely right we deserve to know before we lose a family member. On a personal note Dr. Devinsky and his team helped smooth the initial roadblocks for my sons postmortem donation. We lost my son in July 2015 to SUDEP . We live in Canada the researchers are in the USA. He carried my sons donation across the border and we appreciate his and his teams assistance in helping this process.
