Beaming Review

We were referred to this clinic by a specialist and initially had high hopes due to its convenient location. The receptionist was unwelcoming, and after a 10-minute wait, the physician finally arrived, accompanied by a training nurse. Despite our attempts at greeting him, the physician seemed disinterested and ignored our presence. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he may not have heard us. As my father struggles with speech, I was there to assist him during the appointment. However, the physician showed little patience or empathy. When my father had difficulty articulating his concerns, the physician's response was dismissive, even saying, "So what?" He disregarded my presence entirely, despite my role as a caregiver. At this point, I made the decision to leave the appointment.
