Dr. Lili & Associates- El Monte

Been coming here for my Invisalign a little over a yea the staff and Dr. is nice. The Dr. Is great at walking you though the steps of what is needed to support your progress. The lack of one star is wish they had more appointment times and shorter wait times. Last time my appointment was canceled day of work and could not reschedule until a few weeks out.

Never had an issue with them they are very understanding and super nice.

Everyone in the office is organized kind and helpful. It was a very positive visit.

The office staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall had a great experience.

A very cozy and welcoming place to go. Been coming here since 2015 and finished my treatment in 2018. Due to not wearing my retainers I came back on 2022 and Im about to finish my treatment in March 2024. They are very friendly and and get concerned over your teeth if your not taking care of them. I drink a lot of tea and due to that it was staining my teeth yellow and they suggested that drinking from a straw would be a better chose. Which was a good thing cause I am addicted to tea. They want to make you feel comfortable with the way your teeth are going to look after removing the braces. They have really good suggestions when coming to taking care of your teeth and how to take care of them after treatment.

Very nice office and friendly staff. Wait time was long. Brought my child for a consultation visit. Our appointment was at 430 pm we were the last ones out. Past closing time. We were out at 620.

Brought my daughter here for her braces. Spoke with the office manager to discuss plans and prices. She was very patient and took her time to explain any questions we had. The whole staff is very professional. They would always send reminders for upcoming appointments and would help and understand with any changes from my end that had to be made. Even during covid they made sure they stayed safe and made it safe for my daughter. All and all I would recommend this place if your looking for braces. I have two more kids that I will take here once theyre the right age

Our experience at this office has always been pleasant. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable. Ive yet to have a negative experience with anyone in the El Monte location. Im pleased with their services and my son is pleased with his braces and the process. The Ortho Assistant go above and beyond to make my children feel comfortable and confident with their progress. My children especially enjoy going with Daniel when hes available. Overall our experience is pleasant and we look forward to competing treatment at this location.
