What a personable orthodontist office. They made our visit extremely special. First they had a board that welcomes the clients by name. Theyre front office employees are so friendly and welcoming and really go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Cozy Christmas movies were on the big screens while you wait. Came here for a Consultation about braces Decided not to go with this office. I found a better offer The staff failed to tell me BEFOREHAND that I would be stuck with a bill of 300. Bill collectors are calling me nonstop due to unpaid services I never knew I incurred. Went to 3 other dentist they didnt charge for an Xray or consultation. Avoid this place too many people working that dont know what theyre doing. Dr Lili has all these people working for her but no one ever answers true phone Ive contacted The BBB about this issue as well

Dr. Lili and Associates in Anaheim is bright and airy and has the feel of entering a beauty treatment Spa. The team members are all polite and friendly and one cant help but to feel good about the first impression. My 16 yr old son commented later about how clean and welcoming the visit was for him from start to finish and he definitely felt spoiled by their high tech coffee and hot chocolate machinedispenser. We met with Dr. Grace. She and her team were consummate professionals and are obviously experts in their craft. As far as dentists visits go that was a 1010 experience. We are looking forward to the next visit.

Ive been going to this office for more than 2 years now and even though its a little far from my house I go here because of the best treatment. The doctor and the other staff is always amazing and very nice. Never had a single broken bracket or poking wire. They always check to make sure nothing is hurting you. Love it
