Dr. Julie Cajolet - Eckhardt

Dr. Cajolet-Eckhardt is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Sport Psychology. I have been specializing in the treatment of adults, adolescents and families facing a wide range of difficulties in their homes and office for over 15 years using attachment, relationship and/or trauma focused interventions in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Strategies as indicated. I treat individuals over 16 years old using emotionally problems. I also incorporates Emotionally-Focused therapy and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy where traditional methods have not been successful. I discovered that these specialized treatments helped with individuals who had experienced abuse and neglect and who now may manifest serious psychological problems secondary to childhood trauma and attachment disorganization. I have a passion for facilitating personal growth, unity and transformation within the individual and family relationship. I believe in working together with clients in discovering what is driving behavior to promote long-term change using individualized interventions. In addition, I use a team approach to treat clients in terms of collaborating with other providers to give the best services to individuals and families I works with.
