Mind Mosaic Psychology represents a purposeful shift toward modern, neurodivergent-affirming care in Charlotte, North Carolina. While our practice has deep clinical roots, its current mission was shaped through a strategic partnership between former owner, Dr. Glori Gray and current co-owner Sarah Smead, M.S., Ed.S. (Chief Clinical Officer). Together, they rebranded the practice to move away from traditional models and toward a more collaborative, identity-affirming approach.

Today, the clinic is led by Sarah Smead and Taylor Shirkey, M.S., S.S.P. (Chief Operations Officer). Together, they have refined Mind Mosaic into a specialized center where clinical expertise meets lived experience. By combining their backgrounds in the UNC TEACCH Autism Program and public school systems, they have built a practice that doesn't just provide answers, but unlocks the actual support individuals need to thrive.
