Dr. Frisbie, Dr. Gerhart, and Associates

Dr. Frisbie was born and raised near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Missouri Southern with a major in psychology and a minor in sociology. Dr. Gerhart grew up in northwest Indiana not far from Chicago. He completed his Bachelor's degree at Evangel University with a major in psychology and a minor in Biblical studies. Both Dr. Frisbie and Dr. Gerhart are licensed psychologists in the state of Missouri, and have been certified as psychological health service providers. Dr. Frisbie is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Missouri Psychological Association, and the Police Psychological Services Section of the International Association of Chiefs of Police.
