Dr. Frisbie, Dr. Gerhart, and Associates

Was sent here by social security but did not apply for disability. Dr. Gerhart was condescending pushy and I couldnt think. He said it was getting to know me but was here there and everywhere. I was overwhelmed anxious and panicked to be there with absolutely no compassion. Offices are nice and reception is super.

Went here because it was required for a disability determination. The receptionist ruined the appointment experience when she called to confirm. I am my sons legal guardian he has anoxic brain injury following a drowning accident. She refused to talk to me stating she didnt have guardianship paperwork. Apparently it wasnt sent to her. She is correct when that is respec she acted was not okay. She ended up confirming the appointment. My son went back with a provider without me meeting this provider first and visiting for a few more minutes. Thats contempt of court and guardianship case especially after I requested it. Having guardianship of somebody is like a minor child but the rules are stricter. Shes learned her laws before shes employed at a place like this and wants to act like that.

I have been talking with Dr Frisbie since the beginning of the year. I found him to be a sensible and compassionate person. He is easy to talk to and down to earth. And I have never had an issue with any of the staff there. Overall it is a great place to get the help a person needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this entire office. I am treated with kindness as soon as I walk in the door and I have referred them to anyone who is needing the services they provide. I would never go anywhere else

The Doctors were great with my kids however there Secretary is now telling me that they cant give me copies of my childs diagnosis when I have in fact walked in and gotten copies of my childs diagnosis before. They need a new Secretary

I was mildly nervous before my visit with Dr. Frisbie but I left at ease and glad I had seen him. He didnt make me feel judged and the visit wasnt awkward or any of the things I had imagined that it would have been. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I had even forgotten my wallet at his office and he went out of his way to return it to me. I highly recommend his service.

Ive known Doc Frisbie for years. I know him to be an excellent man father son friend moralist therapist and Christian. He uses all as tools when needed and is a true north to those who need his services.Dr Gerhart is the same and served me well as I knew going in that I would receive unparalleled service and my needs would be met.Convenient location and ample parking prompt service confidentiality non judgmental and a genuine caring approach to the needs of their clients make them an excellent choice for your psychological needs.I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my friends.

Im a reluctant patient. With any kind of doctor really. It took some doing to get me to go see a Psychologist. But Dr. Frisbie is amazing. So easy to talk to and he really helped me a lot. Lea the Office Manager at Frisbie and Gerhart is awesome. She took care of all the insurance stuff so I didnt have to worry about a thing. The staff here just really made it easy and comfortable for this reluctant patient to get the help I needed

These guys helped me in more ways than I can even explain on such a short review. I will appreciate them until the day I die. And can never thank them enough.
