Dr. Ernesto Millan

By far the worst pediatrician Ive ever been to in my entire life. Front desk staff are amazing but the doctor is rude and EXTREMELY opinionated. He does not care about the health of the child but pushes his biases and opinions on how YOU NEED to care for YOUR child. Hes definitely part of the reason doctors have a bad reputation.

Never ever answers the phone it goes straight to a prerecorded message to leave a voicemail but they wont call you back either. Love not getting a hold of my daughters pediatrician.

We love Dr. Millan

Had my twins for 3.5 years and I was never 100 happy with the service but was okay so I kept going because they had a really good nurse. Today I had worst experience ever with him he was totally rude and Im never coming back. His front office staff also not the best. I would never imagine that I would be treated so badly like today. Do not recommend at all.

They are great until you really need them. Thats when you will really see who Ernesto is. Rude inpatient and careless is the least I can say. And Ernesto I really wish you see this and call me to understand what really happened today when you looked at my children.

They almost never pick up the phone and you have to leave a message all the times. They do not give a visit summery and when my child did not gain any weight which is supposed to gain weight dr did not make any comment or made him concern

Both of my daughters have had Dr.Millan as their Pediatrician since they were born. My oldest one is now 15 and my youngest one is 11. They feel very comfortable with him and trust him. I am thankful to have him treating my daughters.

If I was able to give a no star I would have Dr. Millan is a horrible Doctor. the worse part is that he makes you feel as if you and your kid are crazy I had an amazing Dr. when my child was born Dr. Alexander was amazing but he retired and I was stuck with Dr. Millan. I took my now teenage son to Dr. Millan since he was 7 years old. My son had complaint about ankle pain leg pain and back pain the only thing that Dr. Millan told me was that my so was an athlete and it was normal that his bones hurt they were growing pains not only is he a bad listener his staff is rude and inpatient. I finally had enough with Dr. Millan and took my son to another Dr. in just one simple visit Dr. Mejia his new pediatrician requested xrays due to my sons back pain and it turns out my son has Scoliosis this makes me so furious Dr. Millan never took the time to request a simple xray and because of his lack of care and interest my sons Scoliosis got worse. Dr. Millan is a horrible horrible Dortor.

Dr. Millan is great. He takes the time to explain everything to us. He addresses all of our concerns. Sets up a plan of action for things that are still unsettling for us. My kids felt comfortable with him and his staff.

My oldest now 2yrs at University level saw him till he was 18 yrs old and now my lil one does... Beginning with the staff up to the doctor great attention to the concerns of the parent and your child. Would highly recommend them.
