Dr. Akhil Sharma, MD - Victorville

We had the DARKEST experience at RADIANT pediatrics.This is by far the worst excuse for a medical facility and pediatric practice that weve ever visited.Dr. Sharmas staff was beyond rude and exhibited discriminatory behavior towards my sisterfamily as patients whom they were supposed to be helping.We brought my 12-year-old sister to his team for a general check-up. She has severe autism and we called her in advance as a courtesy to them as doctors offices can sometimes make her a bit anxious.From the moment we walked in experienced rude stares and overt passive aggression from front desk staff nurses and doctors. When we voiced our dismay the team was dismissive acted shocked and gaslit us into believing that we were making up our experience.My sister is mixed race Black and Mexican and without asking they marked her as only Black on her chart which we believe is the reason why they treated her and us inferior if you care about your child avoid his team at all costs thank me later.

I took my kids to see Dr. Sharma for the first time and had a good experience. The front desk welcomed us as soon as we walked in and the wait wasnt very long at all. The doctor was very knowledgeable and personable. My kids havent been to the doctor in years because our last pediatrician moved away. He put them at ease as soon as he entered the room. Im very happy to have found Dr. Sharma.

I had my son in 2004 and was referred to Akhil Sharma and my son has had him as a doctor since birth. My son has asthma and he has been really great with him. He is one of the greatest doctors ever.

Doctor sharma is amazing He takes his time to answer our questions I never feel rushed. Hes so sweet and patient to my kids. Only complaint would be the staff not always answering the phones

Just a called and made an appointment and the receptionist Abby was so pleasant and helpful. I have gone in there or called in the past and the experience was frustrating but she was so sweet definitely hope she stays. Thank you Abby for be so pleasant this morning.

Dr Akhil Sharma and his wife are the absolute best. His bedside manner is amazing and he always addresses my concerns. My daughter loves him and I am so glad that I found not one but two amazing pediatricians in the High Desert

Ive been taking my kids to Dr Sharma for about 17 years now. Theyre 16 and 18 now and I could not have asked for a better pediatrician for them. Even had we moved away from this desert I would have traveled hours to still see him. You can tell Dr Sharma truly loves his job and cares about the children. Hes very down to earth and explains everything carefully and clearly to both parent and child. Every single time we leave his office we leave with smiles on our faces and talking about what an awesome Drperson he is. Even the PAs he chooses are top notch. Trying to get a hold of the office is a daunting task and if Dr Sharma himself wasnt so amazing I wouldve knocked a star off for that but I just cant bring myself to give him anything short of 5 stars. Ive been to all 3 of his office locations and have had a great experience at all of them. I will genuinely be sad when my kids become too old to see Dr Sharma anymore hes truly THE BEST

We have gone to Dr. Sharma from the beginning. I adore him always kind soft spoken gentle and loving. Always makes me feel comfortable and gives praise to worried new moms like myself. I recommend him highly to everyone. Thank you to him and his staff.

Dr Sharma has been my sons pediatrician for 15years. And I rate high for the reason hes an excellent Dr. and professional on every level. Ive seen staff come and go some as amazing and caring as the Dr. and then others who shouldnt even be in the health care profession whatsoever. I just figure i put up with them for a moment and they will most likely be gone on my next visit because they know its not for them. Dr. Sharma stays and is dedicated to his patients and their families. .
