Not to sound cheesy or corny pun intended but I can honestly say I would not be who and where I am today without DPD Nutrition Consultants Inc. It is an honor and a privilege to get to work with Debbie Pepper-Dougherty.Debbie is my rock when I need support my lighthouse when I stray from a healthy path a kick in the butt when I am as stubborn as a mule and a true legend in showing me the fantastic existence I can have when well nourished. Her knowledge on health and food has made incorporating nutrition into my life an adventure not a punishment and she encourages and celebrates my effort like no one I have met.Debbie saved my life and I couldnt imagine living it to the fullest with out her patience wisdom and epic support. Thank you for everything Debbie.

Everyone at DPD is wonderful. A specialty physician had highly recommended Debbie as being the best nutrition professional to help me and she was certainly right. I appreciate Debbies professionalism and how informed she is.The office is warm cozy and welcoming. The staff always call to remind me of an appointment and are cheerful helpful and friendly. Appointment and office policies are posted clearly for all. My father passed away recently and I had forgotten about an appointment while I was at his deathbed Debbies staff were compassionate and kind and later Debbie called personally within a few weeks to check on me to express her condolences. Thats just who she is.I travel from Waterville to see her even though there are many other dietitians I could see much closer however theres no one I trust and respect more to assist me in being healthier. Ive seen three dietitians in my lifetime and Debbie is by far my favorite. She is supportive and educated and thorough. I would see no one else.

The staff at DPD Nutrition Consultants are highly skilled nutritionists who understand the struggles of developing a healthy diet. They encourage success in a caring and compassionate way always helping me find the positives when I feel I havent done well. They have taught me a lot about healthy eating and developing a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend DPD Nutrition Consultants.

I cannot say enough good things about DPD Nutrition Consultants. What I appreciate about DPD is that everyone is very friendly encouraging and professional. Before I had my first appointment I was afraid that I would be judged and I felt nervous but that was far from the case. My nutritionist Debbie Pepper-Dougherty is very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns answered my questions and worked with me to create a plan that met my health needs. She tailored my plan to my health needs and my goals which Ive found very helpful. Ive tried several pre-made diets from big companies and I would lose weight but after I stopped I would gain it all back and then some. None of them addressed my health issues and none of them prepared me for the time when I would no longer be on them. What DPD has done for me is help me with what I think of as eating in real life. I had some unhealthy eating habits that were contributing to health issues and DPD helped me identify them and change them. I learned how to enjoy food in a way that was healthy for me. I still eat what I want which is great because I love to eat and cook but I do so in a more healthy manner. I feel better Ive lost weight most of my health issues are under control and I feel more confident in my food choices. I still have work to do and I will continue to go to DPD to help me. I highly recommend DPD Nutrition Consultants.

What great caring staff I have been going to see Debbie for several years. I wouldnt go any where else I have learned so much. They are a big part of my success with learning to eat right and not deny myself anything.

Had to cancel my appointment due to a family illness. Canceled THE DAY BEFORE my appointment. Their cancelation policy is 24 hours notice however I called 21 hours prior to my appointment so I received a 60 fee. I called to explain my situation however they informed me the only way they would waiver the fee was to set up a new appointment. I did not feel comfortable being forced into a new appointment to exploit more money out of me so I paid the 60 fee. If you are a working person with a life that could throw you curveballs think twice about DPD Nutrition.
