Ive been seeing Dr Woods since I was 12 years old Im now 30 seeing these negative reviews is shocking to me because she is the COMPLETE opposite towards me she listens she cares shes been at my bedside in the hospital all the time she is one of the people that Im thankful for because I wouldnt be here today if it wasnt for her guidance Ill tell you this if you want someone to kiss your behind she is not the one and she knows when youre manipulating the system the same energy and effort you put in towards your mental health she will give back LOVE HER

My experience with Dr. Woods has absolutely awful and if I could put zero stars I would. I have been toyed and manipulated by her. If you want someone who will actually listen to what you struggle with and care youre at the wrong place. Ive been seeing Dr. Woods since I was a kid but until my young adulthood and adulthood I could tell very quickly that she didnt actually listen or care to what I was saying. She prescribed me more medication than I can count and never actually got a correct diagnosis for me. I wish I could say she was trying her best but she truly wasnt. I feel like she is in this profession for the money and not to actually help people. She is a smart woman and has knowledge of medication etc but she doesnt actually give her full attention to people and seems like she really doesnt care what you have to say. She listens and then passes you along. She really doesnt say anything back to you besides the questions she legally had to ask. Recently Ive stumbled across a new psychiatrist who was able to give me a diagnosis and also make me feel more comfortable and understood than Dr. Woods has made me feel in probably the 10-11 years I was seeing her. There are better choices out there for your child teen adult or yourself. Feeling understood listened heard and having felt empathy from a doctor important and you wont find that for yourself here.

Office staff is horrible. I received a call from office to check status on a claim. not professional - very rude - and actually just hung up on meSadly this is a place i would never go just based on office staff
