DSSW is good at providing me with the services I need. They provide attendant care therapies and out of home respite care. I truly dont know where I would be without this program. And Im nonverbal and cant use the phone easy so it is nice to know I can email my case manager with a question.

There is very little continuity with any department and the departments DONT communicate between each other. When children turn 18 they DO NOT follow the ruleslaw that states they are to come do a home visit We had to contact THEM for the paperwork When we did they DIDNT process we had to keep calling to get it processed 3 months LATERThere service is horrible and then they treat you as the problem DO NOT USE THEM

We were with DSSW for 10 years. They were great with changes and seemed to stay on top of it all. We moved and unfortunately we were unable to keep them as a provider.

This is the worst place to ever work Office management is joke You will be lied to and talked bad about to others by program directors overworked under paid work late nights and weekends they will tell you differently and on call on the weekends that you dont work. They will schedule you right through lunch and dinner. You can forget about any time with family. Things will start of good but after no time they will beat you down and could care less about your physical or mental well-being when you try to tell them

If your looking for CLASS services this company is the worst of the 6. For 8 months we waited for company to provide attendant care didnt have 1permanent caregiver . they pay the worst.we were patient with them .then they discharge us during the holidays giving less than 6 business days to find new company.
