This DRAIL agency never phoned me back even after I made repeated attempts.I left my detailed information on a voicemail message. The association was not open either time I tried when the hours said it was suppose to be open.

Awful. I had a terrible experience with them. I had applied there two or three years ago. My representative stopped responding to my emails and calls one day. Her name is Tanja Underwood if you were wondering. When I went up there to ask about her and see what happened I was shunned by the receptionist and told that I needed to make an appointment if I wanted to see or talk to them but the thing is how am I supposed to make an appointment if I cant contact my representative I would not recommend this service to anyone and will be telling family and friends to avoid this service.

They are horrible I called and put my name and number for the 2week call back and a month went by and they totally lied and said someone called me and left a detailed message. When I explained that no one had ever called me she put me through to the voicemail of the person that supposedly called me and I left a detailed message for this person to please call me back. I was told it was be no more than 72 hours for a call back and that they would always leave a message if I didnt pick up. So another couple of weeks went by and nothing. I called again to leave a message with the main supervisor and once again NEVER heard back

This organization is the only one that had helped me with SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITSAPPEALS.. theyve taken me seriously and are ACTUALLY helping me through the process instead of standing in the sidelines waiting to collect a pay check.

I dont like this place. A friend WANTED to GET a job there and couldnt Theyre suppose to HELP She tried again same thing

I felt they were no help whatsoever.

They dont help with much at all unless youre black Im disabled they wouldnt help but helped a black guy
