DRAIL is a zero being empathic supportive compassionate and assistant to help disable and deaf people with needs.

After spending a week of being shuffled from one agency to another I was referred to Dave at DRAIL. Finally I was speaking to someone who was very empathetic to our situation. Dave took the time to listen and hear our concerns. Within minutes he was presenting an action plan that addressed all of our worries. In a world that too often dismisses the elderly Dave and DRAIL made this elderly couple feel like we were being treated as if we were their own family members. I highly recommend this agency.
