Horrible, straight up horrible company with billing. You charged us 800.00 up front when you NEVER submitted a claim to the insurance company. It's been 3 months and still the claim hasn't been put in and all the while my credit card is charging me interest. I OWE NOTHING>>>>>>>> My deductible was met, my out of pocket was met and I OWE NOTHING and yet you still refuse to refund my credit card. I am sending a complaint to the medical board and never coming here again.
