Best foster agency in Phoenix hands down. Professional and support always going the extra mile in every way possible.

I was trained and licensed by Devereux and fostered children for years. It was completely wonderful working with the Devereux staff who were there when needed for every thing. It was truly a pleasure to have this type of support throughout my years.

This place is awful and they lie to cover up their own complacency. They discriminate against ones religion and disability. Its no wonder they have to keep cancelling their classes due to limited attendance. Im in the process of filing a lawsuit against this agency and I have compiled notes recordings emails and documents in an effort to stop this from happening from someone else.The required PS MAPP class is supposed to be 3 hours long but they let class out 40 minutes early. They are not in compliance with DCS.It is interesting that the only reviews of this agency are from its current employees and none are from foster parents.

Devereuxs philosophy and culture is what makes being a employee here great. I really enjoy the positive environment. Every process in place in my current position allows me to remain client centered using evidence based practices to assist in promotion of growth and success of each child. Devereux has a great continuum of care. I have the pleasure of working with skilled HCTC providers.
