Hello! My name is Jose, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is deeply passionate about the field of ABA and helping individuals with autism reach their fullest potential. I began my journey in the field of ABA in 2019 and have had the privilege of working in a variety of roles, including RBT, Case Manager, and Operations Manager. Each of these experiences has given me a well-rounded perspective on the many facets of ABA services—from direct client care to program development and team leadership. These diverse roles have shaped me into a well-versed professional who values collaboration, compassion, and individualized support. I take pride in creating meaningful, evidence-based programs that not only foster skill development but also empower families and clients to achieve lasting growth. Since beginning his journey in ABA in 2019, José has held a variety of roles—including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Case Manager, and Operations Manager—each contributing to his well-rounded understanding of the field.

Through these diverse experiences, José has developed a comprehensive perspective on the many facets of ABA services, from direct client care to program development and team leadership. He values collaboration, compassion, and individualized support, which are at the core of his professional philosophy.
