From the security guard at the door To reception to the doctors all the way to the pharmacist. I have experienced nothing but kindness professionalism and caring.

I dont know if they have new receptionists but the service is getting worse. They place you on hold for long periods of time and then if you call back you cant get through because of the calls they have on hold. This is a state run organization I hate my tax money is funding me to experience a poor level of professionalism.

This is the most ghetto underfunded mental health service Ive ever received. Ironically if you get the clinical up in Decatur then theyre nice and the process was easy enough just a very long wait when its your first time. But the Kirkwood clinic It took five weeks to get them to stop sending reminders to the wrong phone. When you call rarely ever does anyone pick up. And the links for online therapy appointments are always sent AFTER the session had already started I had a session for 1030 today and it sent me the reminder and link at 1210 Yall honestly made me suicidal more often than fixing my health.

Mixed reviews. The CssB does a lot to not offend without really giving excellent and direct care. Its free care and you expect little and likewise come away with a piece of a puzzle in a very high appeal area with many educated jobs and medical personnel. with four campuses and a lot of out reach. It takes a while to see there isnt much going on. While Im not out to write a unfavorable review. The fact is a lot of the weakness exist here but they can deflect it into the county and area etc without it being acute. Ive been around a lot of programs. And the key here is its free or pay as you can. I find the kinds of therapist ate those that ate treating themselves. Your good for about 2-3 visits unless you just want to add some structure. If its gonna be free based. MAKE IT FREE BASED. poor program . sorry crew

Be prepared to wait the wait is so long you might not have an appointment that day. They do not answer the phones and they seem like they dont care.its inner city so they get a lot of people who are in hard situations and are numb to the situations that people are in the pharmacy is great

My housing caseworker told me this job was her ministry. Then she told me I am not suffering from clinical depression but being possessed by the devil. Then she told her other clients in the apartment complex that I was evil. The physicians and some of the therapists are good but the housing people are in no way professional. If you are of the wrong religion they will kick you out.

I am profoundly upset and angry that after THREE visits I have yet to see an actual medical professional who has the ability to prescribe medication. In the THREE visits I have made were to fill out the EXACT same forms I have already completed and answer the exact same questions in the prior visit. Absolutely ZERO sense of urgency. In the second and third visits I was coping with extreme pain and a very swollen left foot that was completely ignored. I have ZERO faith in the DeKalb CSB doing anything to get me into see a medical professional. Their staff has lied to me every time I have been there and they are fully aware that I have NOT had healthcare since June 22 2016 and desperately need to see a doctor NOW. They simply do care that I am suffering in ways I could never thought possible. In my mind DeKalb CSB should be closed. They are only using the taxpayers for a fool. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
