I would never recommend this medical office to anyone. Ann Snyder the practice administrator is extremely rude and disrespectful unwarranted . She does not need to be in a position dealing with clients. Based on other reviews I see that she has treated multiple other people this way and the doctor obviously doesnt care. Dr Tikku allowing someone like her to run his business tells me the kind of person he is. Its a shame when medical professionals dont understand the importance of common courtesy and respect especially when someone is already having a difficult time. Please stay far away from this place.

I was desperately trying to get an appointment for a neurologist during the week of Tropical Storm Nicole and was not getting my calls returned by any other offices. When I called Dr Tikku they were able to get me in in less than a week.I thought Ann was very pleasant both on the phone and in person. Dr Tikku called me back from the waiting room and he was very attentive. He listened to me and at no point made me feel rushed. You could tell he was taking the time to process everything I was saying and thinking of potential causes. He explained his thought process to me and all of the potential contributors to my symptoms without making me worry.Some imaging was ordered as a next step and I can say at this point I do trust Dr Tikku with my health and feel confident that he will give more direction at my follow up.

Dr. Tikku is AMAZING I came to him for a second opinion and he was phenomenal. He explained what was seen during my testing provided the potential causes of my brain activity and the lifestyle changes I can work towards to potentially function without medication. He has a great sense of humor and sarcasm and he was very personable while walking me through brain wave patterns. His receptionist was also really sweet when I interacted with her. I highly recommend coming to Dr. Tikku if you need a great neurologist.

my husband just got discharged from this Dr. due to him asking and wanting to know about the medications he is on and if there is anything he can change to not have to take so many prescriptions and Dr. response was Im going to give you a 90 day supply and you have to find a new neurologist . to me that is very unprofessional and what are they hiding.

Ive been going to Dr. Tikku for about 6 years now. From my very first appointment he has been excellent medically and personality. I never feel rushed and he always treats me with respect.His office manager is absolutely kind and professional.I hope Dr Tikku doesnt retire for a long time.

Ive suffered from migraines for years. This is the first doctor that has been able to get my headaches and migraines under control. Hes been absolutely amazing Ann the office manager is also amazing and always willing to help over the phone. Im so thankful for their practice.

After being released from my psych ward amd having my depakote levels checked daily at 5am they raised me to 1500mg 2x a day of it.I recently ran out of my prescription and he refused to even check the paperwork I showed him my current levels.He blew me off told me to see a psychiatrist.Called my psychiatrist - no we dont cover that medication....THIS DOCTOR IS NOT WORTHY. TEARING A SHEET READING A LIST AND RIPPING A SHEET OF PAPER DOES NOT WARRANT THIS MANS ARROGANCE.YOU LOST A CUSTOMER BUDDY

I had to switch neurologist because mine retired. I was referred to Dr. Tikku by my GP. I got an appointment right away. Ann the receptionist is extremely kind caring and explains everything in detail. Dr. Tikku is very caring and actually takes time to listen and answer many questions. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2017 and he now cares for me. I highly recommend his office and staff.

I would like to reply to any of the reviews that are any less than excellent care or of the receptionist who I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Tikku is an excellent neurologist and Annie is nothing less than awesome herself. If anyone says anything negative they would be wrong about how much Dr. Tikku really cares about his patients and Annie has been my favorite receptionist I have ever met. Both care about their patients and are extremely knowledgeable about their skills.Excellent doctor and awesome receptionist.
