They will not answer emails or respond to the information request form on their own website. Very unhelpful when attempting to access services for a disabled individual.

For a center run by and for disabled people they sure dont seem to take peoples access needs seriously.I went to them for a referral and told the case worker that I have phone anxiety. The case worker gave me the phone number of a practice to call--a number I had already found searching on my own--and provided no other way to contact the practice.When I finally worked up the courage to call the number Id been given the voice mail inbox was full. I told the CIL caseworker what had happened and she never got back to me.Thanks for all your effort.
