This location seems to be closed. Theres a Board that this space is available for Lease. The least they could have done was update this location status so that people like us need not have to drive long and waste time.

Update They seem corrupt. When my family members previous trustee left things got very bad very fast. They are supporting a suit to undo the trust they are responsible for maintaining and have alienated our family. They have no accountability and dont report to any government agency or oversight board. Go elsewhereSecond Update the trustee Stephanie Hunhoff allowed funds from the trust to be used to attempt to weaken the trust ignoring her responsibility to the trust not the individuals desires. She continued to provide funds for the case to be used to appeal after it was dismissed with prejudice and then a third time for them to attempt to take it to the IL Supreme Court when the appeal was rejected by three judges. They declined to hear it at the higher court because it was so cut and dry but as a trust protector I am out 10k in legal fees just to keep the trust in tact. Her job not mine. And they wont reimburse me despite the courts statements the changes would be unlawful even if I didnt do my job to block them. Just awful. Some staff are fantastic others are abysmal. Overall my bad experiences at Pact far outweigh the good and they havent seemed willing to acknowledge much less address their shortcomings. Their services have a lot of potential and I hope they find a way to provide a higher standard of services

These people will get their hooks into an adult in need of a guardian and never let go. The problem comes in when the patient is much better and no longer in need of guardians but they make money by not letter that person go so they fight it instead of agreeing with the obvious. Not good at all. Get it right because you are messing with peoples lives
