David Lutz PhD

I have worked as a psychologist in private practice for 40 years. I worked in southern California until 1987 at which time I moved to Springfield. I accepted a position on the Psychology faculty at Missouri State University from which I retired in 2019. I taught courses at the undergraduate level in General Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, and Clinical Psychology. On the graduate level, I taught courses in Psychotherapy, Counseling, and Ethical and Professional Issues. I also served as the faculty director for our undergraduate practicum students and for our clinical track practicum students. I have maintained a private practice throughout that time, providing psychotherapy, counseling, and assessment.
