I am a caseworker contracted through DCFS and while trying to schedule one of my kiddoes a much needed appointment I was hung up on. I called and without being greeted properly I was asked what do you need. After giving my credentials I was immediately hung up on. I called right back luckily reaching the same phone operator Carrie B.. I informed her I had just called and she hung up on me. She then proceeds to say yes what do you need. I then gave my credentials again informing her that I needed to make a referral. The whole interaction was rushed and unwelcoming. Dr. Normans staff is unprofessional rude and inconsiderate.

Love Dr Norman my kids have been going to him since infants Very friendly prompt and great with children

Doctor Norman him self just isnt very friendly or personal. He doesnt give that warm feeling a pediatrician should. He may just be old school. When my 5 year old cried about shots he just giggled at her which made her even more upset. His nurses couldnt give her the vaccines so I had to hold her down. While they gave her four vaccines which traumatized her. Theres never the same nurses help and sometimes they arent friendly. Im just not a fan anymore. I use to really like this office but since Covid begin it just went down hill.

Ive been seeing Dr. Norman since my daughter was born 8 years ago. I feel safe in his office and with the staff. He has done alot of research since Covid19 started showing in the states. He has bought little gadgets to help neutralize the air in his office.Dr. Norman always researches on new advances in medicine and helps with getting the best treatment with state insurance limits.I will continue to take my daughter to Dr. Normans office and staff til she is too old to see or we move across country.

I was shocked at how very politicized the doctor immediately the wearing of masks. He almost insisted that my son and I take our masks off which we did not except when the doctor had to look in my sons mouth. The doctor who was maskless as was all of his staff insisted that the contraption he wore around his neck created a three foot sterilization bubble around him and so he therefore did not need to wear a mask. He gave me a lot of misinformation encouraged me to ignore CDC guidelines checked on my son for about two minutes total and then continued to tell me about how the virus is all politics at this point. It was very uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. It was our first time there and we will absolutely not be going back.

Love Dr Norman and staff I have Twins and have been with Dr Norman since their birth. My boy girl twins have had great care from this office they are very knowledgeable. Im always able to get them in when one of them is sick. I love the later hours on some days as it helps work around busy lives. They keep great records and are always ready with paperwork for school and sports.

Dr Norman is amazing everyone at the office is kind and caring. So glad my sons have such a good Dr.The office is always clean.Staff is mind and attentive.Easy to schedule appointments over the phone or in person.

Doctor Norman is great His staff on the other hand are not. I have to physically go to the office to schedule an appointment because nobody EVER takes a call. I get put on hold for a half hour straight then call back and ask to put me back on hold. How about you hire an extra person to answer the phone Some people dont have the whole day to wait around on hold. It takes maybe 5 minutes to schedule an appointment. It is so annoying when I spend my entire lunch break on hold and still didnt get an appointment made

I used to love this office. We have been going for years my now 20 year old started there when he was 10 and he has been with my little ones since birth. Ive recently moved out of state and although he has EVERYTHING on computers he wont allow me to have my childrens medical records put on a flash drive to take with me. Instead I can pay 25 for them to waste the paper and print them all out OR they can mail or fax them to a new office. The last time I tried to have them sent to a new office they were mailed and never made it to the new office. For an office who has been using computers for medical records for over 10 years I find this absolutely ridiculous I cant get my kids into a new office without them yet my attempts to have them sent have failed. I think what I am asking is not too far of a reach and should be accommodated.Aside from this issue I have always been happy with the care my kids received.

I dont know what that other person is talking about. My kids have been going to Dr. Normans office for 9 years now. They have always been professional friendly and courteous The office is always clean and smells good. I love all the staff but especially Mrs. Jessie Mrs. Emily and Mrs. Valerie the NPs. They are the Best Office hours are good and its in a great location. I highly recommend this office.
