Im currently going through my Invisalign journey with Alpan Orthodontics and its been great so far Id definitely recommend them.

The worst experience Ive had

I was referred to Dr. Alpan for braces by my dentist in 2012. I walked away in 2014 very satisfied with the results of Dr. Allans work. His team was nothing less than professional and friendly. I appreciated his offices organization and the approach of his staff during each visit. Since then I referred my sister and friend who both were equally satisfied with their result. When it came time for my teenager to get braces I did not give it a second thought on who to pick. Dr. Alpan is once again helping my family and I couldnt be happier.

Have never not had to wait an hour past my scheduled appt time to be seen. Never see the actual doctor every time I see someone new and have to explain my whole case to them.

Very kind staff make my day

The staff is great and friendly the doctor himself not so much. Every appointmemt we have had up until now has just been interacting with staff and it has been wonderful quick and efficent. This last visit however left a bitter taste in my mouth. The doctor himself was late showing up and took the last patient first. When it was our turn he proceeded to talk to my daughter and I like we were 2 years old and had never heard of gingivitis before. He talked down to us the whole exam. It took everything I had to not talk back since we were in a group setting. Its a shame that I think so poorly of him now.

Everyone is so nice and helpful Im looking forward to the next year of appointments and seeing everyones happy faces.
