David Alpan - Los Angeles

I have been a patient of Alpan Ortho for about a year. I just wrapped up my first round of Invisalign and am waiting for the new aligners to arrive for the second round.The staff is really amazing and friendly. Most of the doctors are as well. I was surprised to learn that I would see different doctors when I went in for appointmentsI expected that only one doctor would oversee my case. That said Im getting better service and care than the last place I wentI will follow up with a final review when my treatment is finished. Hoping it goes really well

I love Alpan Orthodontics. They are highly professional and friendly. Ive been taking m y kids here for a long time for their braces. My son is 20 years old now and I brought him in for braces when he was 12. My daughter now has braces and she is thirteen years old. Theyre work is top of the line and affordable.

My visit was a very comprehensive experience and is my first installation of the Invisalign test retainer I feel like I am being acknowledged my Dr. Alpans associates but with cautious reminders of the eventual outcome. I have to do my partBTW no one has noticed that I have the retainers I will smile more now even at this beginners stage

The staff here is consistently friendly supportive and give unparalleled service. Alpan Orthodontics is like the Ritz Carlton of dentistry...top notch.

This place offered me Starbucks gift card for a positive yelp review. I received my braces from here and I do not recommend this place. Horrendous customer service they tried to steal my 200 dollars because I left my credit card information with them. The waiting time was really bad. All the employees had an attitude like the people from Scientology. I was ready to leave that place without completing my whole treatment because the pain I had to suffer. I had bleeding multiple times because the dental assistant didnt do their job right. It took me years to leave this review because I wanted nothing to do with this place specially there was a girl named Cristal who had the worst attitude the lady who took some image of my teeth she forced me to leave a positive review in a peace of paper for her and I was so confused at that time that I didnt say anything. They called for follow up and didnt tell me to bring retainer with me. I called out from my work to keep that appointment thinking they started to care about their patient for the first time and they said they just wanted to sell 300 dollars retainer thats why they needed me there and my current retainer wasnt with me so I needed to reschedule. This place is a hell and all they care about money.

Dr Alpan is an amazing doctor very communicative with the process and very professional. Always answers my questions and listens to my concerns. Dr Alpan has multiple offices. Ive been to the LA location and Century city. My favorite is Century city by far. Im very grateful to Dr Alpan and his amazing staff. The entire office is very friendly sweet and always accommodating. I am always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. I am really pleased with my services at Alpan Orthodontics. Im glad I picked Dr Alpan.

Love this place Im so glad I found it. The Dr and the entire staff are just amazing My daughter went to a few other Orthos and was not happy at all but she loved Alpan Orthodontist. I 100 recommend

The staff is all great and really kind and Dr. Alpan is always there to make sure things are progressing. They always make time that works for my schedule. I used light force and have been very satisfied. The treatment has worked faster than I thought with minimal discomfort. It has been a great experience so far.

Took all the confusion out of Invisalign and made the whole process so much easier than I anticipated. The staff are so lovely and friendly that the whole experience of getting Invisalign has been easy and pain free cant recommend these guys enough. The best team

I went to Dr. Alpan seeking treatment for intense TMJ pain. After we had established a treatment plan and I had put my deposit down the doctor made inappropriate comments towards me he told me I should fix my teeth so that I could find a husband since Im in my thirties and on another occasion told me he would give me a discount because I was cute.Perhaps more importantly the office made an error in my orthodontic trays and did not catch it for 8 months although I went in for regular appointments where they inspected my teeth and the trays. During this time my teeth were actively getting worse - the trays were pressing on an attachment that they didnt account for pushing one tooth back further instead of bringing it forward. They said it was an oversight. I have to repeat those 8 months now so my treatment plan has been extended by about a third.They also installed two TADs one of which came loose causing intense pain. They said was normal asTADS have a relatively low 50 success rate. This would have been helpful to know ahead of time as they were expensive and painful and I would have opted out if Id had that information. This process actively made my TMJ pain worse since TADs are small screws placed into the jaw to realign the bite and when one came loose the pain in my jaw intensified. They refused me a refund but told me I could get a free bleaching.On top of that theyre routinely very late at my latest appointment I wasnt seen until an hour after my appointment time. Overall very poorexperience. I would recommend seeking alternate care.
