This was the first time going to the LA office. I usually attend the Pasadena office on the weekends but the LA office is literally walking distance from my job which made it super convenient on time management. I think moving forward I will continue to go here. I enjoyed the artwork on the walls And the staff are welcoming but they know me already because Im just that girl I disclosed that I had an issue with a shifting wire and lost bracket and they got me right together right quick Clock it I enjoy this place honestly

42024. My visit was a very comprehensive experience and is my first installation of the Invisalign test retainer I feel like I am being acknowledged my Dr. Alpans associates but with cautious reminders of the eventual outcome. I have to do my partBTW no one has noticed that I have the retainers I will smile more now even at this beginners stage12025 Update now I am on 23 of 36 Invisalign Appliances. My smiles are increasing by the week The changes are so subtle that nobody really mentions them.The other day I was being photographed for a production shot and the photographer said You have such a beautiful smile Ha ha ha ha Little did he know See photograph below. a d its over yet

Made me feel extremely comfortable ortho also made sure I was giving the best options that could fix my smile within a short time span. Also if you are looking forward to do any ortho work payments plans are available.

Went in for a scheduled 12-week examination. Met with an orthodontic assistant who examined my teeth asked me relevant questions and added a small metal post. She also adjusted my retainer and entered notes into my chart. She was very profession and skilled and seemed to know her job well. She had a very steady hand and handled the equipment like someone who knew exactly what they were doing.The doctor was equally skilled knowledgeable and professional. Overall my experience at my last visit was very positive and promising in achieving the results Im hoping to attain from my treatments with Dr. Alpan

Since I received a followup text after my appointment to leave a review why not Id love to be honest and give feedback on my recent experience.My Invisalign experience started off really good with this office and I was excited to see my end results since I was a referral. It has gradually become extremely bad. I am not done with my treatment plan yet and the things I have witnessed I am very uneasy. My last few visits has been the worse.For starters the staff is extremely unorganized. There was an ongoing issue with the office charging my insurance plan accordingly which I still think has not been resolved although I paid upfront before starting my treatment plan. When I bought this matter up to the the doctor he was very nonchalant and really careless. Secondly they have never been on time for any of my appointments. Even when I have virtual appointments they never call and when they do its always a wait. Third there has been countless times when I visit the office and have to request for Dr. Alpan because they schedule the appointment with another random doctor. If I start my treatment with a specific doctor I expect that doctor for my appointments.For my most recent appointment I expressed a concern about my teeth moving in a direction I was uncertain about. I expressed the same concern in my previous appointment because I have never had gaps in my teeth and now I do. Although I understand my teeth are moving and that will happen I addressed my concern just to make sure they are still moving according to the plan since the gap seems larger than normal. Rather than Dr. Alpan reassure me or even use the time to educate me more on my progress he got annoyed. He was very short and even expressed that I keep asking him the same questions. I went on to ask if he had a bad day because his attitude was horrible with me. I definitely can feel the energy that he did not want to be bothered and Now I do not trust my smile will turn out as planned or hell even adjust for me as needed.Not what I imagined when starting so based on my experience I would not recommend.

Ive been going to Dr. Alpan for about 5 years now and Ive recommended him to all my friends. We all had amazing experiences here and the staff is always super kind and helpful. My treatment went amazing and Im super happy with the result Thank you to Dr. Alpan and the team

Today is my first time to visit a Orthodontist. I was there early. Andrea was very accommodating to let me in as soon as she opened the Alpan Orthodontics Clinic. I told Andrea that im un-able to download the NP History form on-linethats why i am early. So she gave me a form to fill up.From scan photography to digital x-rays to meeting Dr. Alpan my appointment went smooth . My what ifs and not concern was met. Staff are knowledgeable on their own tasks. Flexible payment options was well taken care of by Sonia. i cant wait to start my treatment.

I came to get my excess gum removed with laser and had the best experience. I was a little scared at first but everyone made me feel comfortable. The whole procedure was painless and smooth. I finally have a smile that I feel very confident in thanks to Dr. Alpan Definitely recommend
