The office is warm and welcoming Everyone has been wonderful with all 3 of my children including my son with special needs My oldest now 22 has has been a patient for 19 years just recently graduating to the general dentist. This place is amazing. I have been taking my kids to Dr. Chin for 9 years. I love how kid friendly they are. The staff is so kind and has a lot of patience with the kids. Dr. Chin is amazing. I would and have recommended him to my friends and family.

Took my daughter in for a cavity the staff was very helpful to put her at ease with the situation since wed had bad experience elsewhere. They explained to me what needed to be done and the options I had to proceed. VERY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT AND GREAT STAFF.

Ive been taking my son to this place since he was 1. He is almost 7 now and is so comfortable with the dentist. I love that they are a kid friendly place. I strongly recommend this dentist for all kids.

We waited less than a minute to be called in and the hygenist started immediately. Everyone was very nice and efficient. Overall a great visit

I can only review customer care via phone call. Spoke with Hazel who was very polite and informed me that they are currently not accepting New Patients with STRAIGHT MEDICAL for anybody who is wondering like I was. She did ask me if I was referred by anybody before responding to me so I dont know if that makes a difference in being accepted. I was given this Dentist information in a hand out from Kaiser.
