Cypress Physical Therapy - Athol

I had a great experience at MVPT PT. I was in considerable pain when I started going. First i was greeted by a friendly face. Everything was explained to me so I could understand what was going on with the pain in my body. The exercises were explained to me and if it hurt I was shown a different one to do instead. Everyone was friendly and professional. I actually looked forward to going. I have all the exercise sheets at home now so I can continue my exercises and what I learned for my health and body.Thank you

I have been getting physical therapy and have been happy with the progress so far. Three appointments and I am seeing some improvement. They have given me a daily schedule for exercise and they patiently go over the proper technique on one that I seem to struggle with. I know that they will get me as pain free as possible without surgery by teaching me stretching and strengthening exercises to stabilize my back so I can get back to pain-free physical activity.

The staff at Cypress are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. I have had excellent outcomes from all my experiences with them. You wont find better physical therapists anywhere. They found the root causes of my problem quickly and treated it effectively. Plus theyre really nice folks

The most knowledgeable therapist Ive ever had who can treat my condition. Id recommend this place to anyone. Glad I listened to my instincts and took a chance on Athol.I was recently informed that my therapist Liz would be retiring however I found out shes actually moving to another office. I inquired about my orthotics and need to be revised since I was told they were under warranty. Theyre no longer on the warranty because the office no longer handles orthotics. So I had to degrade my rating just to let everyone know that they do not do orthotics nor will they back up their guarantee.

I would rate a 10 star but since its not an option I wouldnt want to befuddle Big Box computer by throwing it a curve ball The PTs are fortunately from the Jeff Anderson school of immense knowledge of figuring an individuals sitiation and work with them work through the issues. Though a broken down Iron Worker I have had the pleasure of working with every one of the extremely knowledgeable and caring PTs who clearly exhibit a passion for their profession. Im still broke down but in much better shape because of OPT in Athol As I mentioned previously the reception staff are also aces.....Slainte.....Joe

Jenessa..Is professional knowledgeable. She is very helpful in aiding me through a painful post-op situation. All staff have been respectful and courteous.

Helpful friendly and easy to understand instructions for doing suggested exercises at home.Answers my questions and has helped me to get mobility and strength back.Laura and Janessa are wonderful.

Staff treat you like a person not cattle like most hospitals or Drs. They seem to truly care about what youre going through and work with you to try and alleviate pain or strengthen weak muscles. Knowledgeable and experienced the therapists care about the patient and arent just trying to rush you out the door. Highly recommend going here for your therapy needs.

The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable .. as a registered nurse I was impressed with how they LISTEN to what is going on with my body.. they never push me too hard and they have always been supportive and kind.I would recommend them to everyone I care about
