Workers are pretty good. My complaint is when you sign your 18 yr old up for a day center they are mixed in with 3040 and probably 50 yr old people thats insane to me 18 yr olds should not be around 40 yr olds in the same class room setting something is seriously wrong here

I have never been so dissatisfied in my life. We have been begging them for help with my son for over 3 years. They easily give you the run around. They are supposed to be here to help families and their disabled clients But they dont. The Sas are trained to make you feel like theyre concerned but the truth of the matter is that as long as they are eiwi a care taker their client is ok. My son is not ok he is in need. I told them how sick I am and that I cannot take care of him.they asked me to ask you oncologist to wrowr a letter with my diagnosis. HesH been back and forth to the doctor because of pics. Yet Im running after him whilst throwing up. These people really dont care and I have decided to to the news with my story

Through the many years that our son Jim has been involved in the County Programs we have seen nothing positive changes in him. Although being realists we realize he will never be able to work in the community. From early childhood up to the present time the Instructors and assistants have been able to help Jim grow and help him with a personality that blossoms. They have set goals for Jim and do their utmost to help him attain them. This has become an important part of Jims life as he looks forward to attending workshop daily.

My over all experience that I had with the cuyahoga county board of dd was bad. My case was transfer to them but they told me that I was not eligible to get services through them I thought it was wrong. I felt like I was being lied to it just didnt make sense to me. I mean if I already had a case that was open and have been already getting services through the board of dd for a wow how was it that they couldnt provide services to me since I already had a case that was already open. So these people didnt know what they was talking about I was really upset. I feel like they was playing games with me the whole time They didnt treat me right as a client. The x case worker act very unconcern about my case. she was not very nice at all to me. She didnt act like she want me to get services through the cuyahoga board. I thought it was very un professional of her. I knew that I qualify for services. The cuyahoga board kept mailing me letters every week telling me I wasnt eligible for services. I felt like something should of been done about the way these people was treating me. In the letters they would send me they will tell me I can appeal. I appeal one time they told me I was denied so I gave up appealing. I know what my needs were. They end up taking the first case worker off my case. She then wrote me a letter stating that she was no longer going to be my case worker. I did meet and talk with the first case worker they gave me. Then they end up taking her off my case and gave me another case worker. I never spoken with him or met him. The first case worker stated in her letter that the new case worker would be in contact with me but he never called me at all. Then he turned around and told me that it was nice working with me but he never worked with me at all. I never met him and he never called me but he was appointed as my case worker. Stay away from this place its not a good place. They dont care here. They did me so wrong the staff is very un professional and not helpful no one helped me. They dont care
