The Cuddy Law Firm is active in the community and supports many local organizations in their efforts to serve individuals with disabilities and their families. We also host advocacy workshops throughout New York State.

I never even became a client because upon asking how to spell my last name the woman whom I spoke with said S as in ... I as in ... M as in monkey then stopped and waited for a confirmation.I dont believe it was a just so happened.Didnt get good vibes even over the phone. I dont know how the actual lawyer is but if thats how his employees behave I dont want to find out.

Back in 2020 I started the process with Mark and his team to have my son placed in a suitable school that met his needs that a regular D75 school could not.A few months later they won the case and my son was placed in a ABA school January 2021I could not be more happier with the process. Everything was done Pro Bono.I am grateful I made the decision to contact this firm and change schools because my son is thriving.
