Ive experienced nothing but disappointment from this facility. I give my ONLY respect to Mark Sedlak for helping me though my troubles by listening to me and always coming up with a solution to my struggles. Its a shame he parted with this facility because he was one of their best employees. One of their superviors Allison does not address patients concerns as should be in a healthcare facility and shows no professionalism when speaking with them. I had little support from this facility during some pretty tuff times that I was going through in my life and thats a big disappointment because I depended on the facility to help me get through that. One of there therapist Samantha always appeared to be disoriented during my appointments and after I tried to address those issues cpcs solution was to remove me from therapy altogether which impacted my healthcare greatly. I would say this facility is a low grade healthcare facilty for your mental healthcare. I dont recommend this business for your healthcare needs.

My experience with CPC has been a tremendous part of my sons recovery process . Not only does CPC support my son but they have also educated and provided support to our family. The staff is always professional and caring there is never a question that goes unanswered and the resources provided are on point. My son is very fortunate with the relationships he has made through program resources and his Counselor Ken.

I worked for CPC as an intern and it was a truly great experience. Ken Pecoraro was my supervisor and he knew what to do to make it welcoming and caring environment for all clients as well as staff At CPC clients are not just a number which unfortunately does not apply to all facilities. I would recommend this facility to anyone struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues.

If you can do yourself a favor dont go here. I was told by an ex employee that he was not to respond to my calls till they got ne a new Dr with no input from me. That being said in my opinion she lowered medicine to quick which is now making me sick to the point I cant leave my house. They are negligent in my opinion. Just do yourself a favor look around. The Drs are hacks and they infighting as well. Also dont expect to find the supervisor Allison anywhere.

I never had any problem with this place but i did when i was given a stipulation by Allison the supervisor who is rude and not helpful in anyway to me during my time of need i was given an ultimatum by cpc to to go a program or else i could not go back. I had a therapist who i did for the most part like and get along with Samantha who left recently which was upsetting me she did help me for the most part. but with Allison does not know how to run this place. she does not appreciate the patient at all. The therapists do not stay here very long at CPC and i wonder why.

The counselors and directors of CPC are professionals in every regard of the word. They are professional and lead their team in a way that has seemed to have been lost lately. NOT HERE Vera and Ken are class acts. Their consumers well being and recovery is most important. They arent stuck in the past. They are navigating this new world of technology and a pandemic and still providing the best treatment. I recommend CPC for any loved one struggling with mental health or substance use disorders.

I began my work as a therapist at CPC and I am so thankful that I did. Initially starting as an intern in the Addiction Recovery Services. I was able to learn and practice then most of the interns I knew in my class. I was able to build a great relationship with my intern supervisor Ken Pecoraro who always had my back and supported me. I was able to work in multiple departments during my tenure at CPC. I am so grateful for the experience and support I have received over my 5 years there. This agency truly set the foundation for me as a therapist which I am truly grateful for. Working there you get more experience than you ever thought was possible in one single clinical setting. The staff was supportive my co workers were amazing and always helpful and the management was superb

Ive worked at CPC in the addiction services for about 15 years total. I left 2x and came back because I knew CPC is the best place to work. Reason The staff care the administration cares and are very supportive and understand. Those who complain about CPC never include why they are unhappy or tell half of the story and for the most part the Dr would not prescribe Xanax or other addictive medication because the person has an addiction issue in the first place. If youre looking for a quick fix prescription go some place else. If you want help you need to show up participate in treatment and not expect to just pass through. CPC has the highest standards for treatment as well as a holistic approach where they can address all your needs. If youre looking for help truly CPC is the place to go

My experience with CPC has been overwhelmingly positive. They truly care about their patients and want to ensure that you always have access to the treatment and medication needed in order for you to thrive. In particular I want to give a shout out to my case manager Jami as well as Julie and Dr. Rodriguez. With the chaos caused by Covid this past year it is promising to see these professionals maintain dedication to ensuring their patients needs are met even when the going gets tough.

CPC is the first agency that I have come across that truly goes above and beyond to take care of all their clients needs. I have seen first hand the impact they make in many clients lives and how they are there every step of the way. I would 100 recommend CPC to my family and friends and anyone else that is looking to get help and feeling better overall.
