staff are truly hard working dedicated to their patients and vigorously vouch and advocate for their patients. I want to highlight the dedication and hard-work especially demonstrated by Ms. Grace Lopez and Ms. Tina Albrecht on behalf of their patients at CPC aberdeen branch.

absolutely could not be happier with the care I receive at CPC.there must be some special strain of DNA that the staff all share because I have never met a more empathic group of people.Im in treatment for CPTSD which is some pretty heavy stuff but I have always felt safe on campus and in groups.not only do I attend groups and receive therapy at CPC but I have an on-site doctor who prescribes my meds which are also filled on-site. CPC has even helped me with my welfare benefits housing and applying for disability.Ive gone from homeless and helpless to working towards a peer counseling certificate in a warm apartment of my own over the last 4 years and CPC has played a major role in that increase to my quality of life.

When I first started going there I would say that I would have given them 5 stars however recently the level of care has diminished. The current therapist that I am working with has belittled me during my sessions. The therapist appears that she would rather be somewhere else other than in therapy. Recently the therapist has been 15 minutes late very argumentative and maybe needs to think about a new career path

Everything was good and then they let my psychiatrist go.1. They called me the night before my next appointment to let me know my psychiatrist was no longer employed there. It was an oversight to not tell me ahead of time.2. New psychiatrist wasnt keen of telehealth previous one was all telehealth and said I have to come in for at least the first few.3. New psych started my first two appointments 10-15 minutes late.4. They re-scheduled my next appointment and only finally accommodated my telehealth request because the psych was unavailable to meet in person as in its only okay when its convenient for them not for the patient5. On that telehealth appointment I waited 20 minutes before I had to call the office to get the psych to join. He thought it was going to be in-person wasnt he unavailable for that and didnt realize I had been waiting. As in if I didnt call them he would have just missed the entire appointment.The place seems to be incredibly disorganized overall. I recommend searching elsewhere for your needs.

if your looking for an IOP or to see a therapist...I highly recommend CPC. Hardworking and dedicated staff.

My mom suffers from depression. Its been a long time to get her going out and speaking more during therapy making friends and expressing herself. My mom loves it here. I can see that going here has changed her made her more open and out of her shell and most importantly she is happy. Im so glad things worked out the way they did. The time the staff here takes with everyone the love they give is shown in the smile on my moms face. They treat everyone like family here and I am so content with my moms progress. Thanks so much CPC.

CPC Behavioral Healthcare is an amazing place where everyone there treats you like family. They care about the needs of their patients and give them the best care possible. They listen to your problems and truly strive to help you live a better more healthier life. You feel like a new you. Clients and patients that come to CPC dont just hope to get help with their problems they get the help and the support from day one which is very important. The staff members work as a team and always have your back. I definitely recommend this place and give it 5 stars

Ive been attending partial care at CPC for two years now and for a person who has had bad experiences at numerous places I was extremely thrilled at how wonderful this place is. The staff are extremely friendly and always have a smile on their face. The doctor I see always makes sure Im doing well and that my meds are working well for me. My therapist Jenna has been a life saver. Ive had horrible experiences with therapists in the past but she has always been there for me no matter what. She has helped me grow into the person I am today and is continuing to help me grow. I am very lucky to have found such a place as this.

I have only great things to say about CPC. I have been a client for over fifteen years and I have never been more happy or well adjusted in my life. They offer evidenced-based strategies to help their clients learn how to cope with lifes problems despite having mental illness.They have a total case management philosophy offering psychiatry social work and group therapy--all managed by a case worker.The staff are caring compassionate and professional.As with any program dedication to recovering is needed to obtain all the benefits that this program offers.
