About Covina Development Center – Savant Program

CDC has been an early intervention provider for Regional Center since 1997, for children with all kinds of disabilities including those on the Spectrum. CDC is a fully-inclusive preschool early intervention program for children with and without special including those on the Autism Spectrum ages birth through Kindergarten. Program will include individualized preschool curriculum with art therapy, music therapy, play therapy based upon the individual child’s goals and objectives. Children work with trained teachers in small classrooms with a low teacher child ratio. Many staff with training in PRT, ABA, SCERTS, Sensory Integration, floor time and PECS. Parent training and advisement and support as part of the services for parents and family members. Private pay or qualifying for Regional Center or Subsidized childcare through CA dept of education.
