Its pretty sad I called and let them know ahead of time that I had appointments that were overlapping last week which were monday and friday both of which days i was scheduled for the physical therapy i did call and let them know what the conflict in my schedule was but still get told that it basically counted as a missed appointment even though i had let them know ahead of time the one week i did miss but i was sick and called them on the monday to let them know i like 5 hours before my appointment then the following week which was the said overlapping appointments then get told I have too many missed appointments without a call showing on my cell phone or a text message reminding me of said appointment which was supposed to be today then this is after i had tried to call yesterday to find out what time my said appointment time was for today and all because the fact that i didnt get a answer to find out this that they arent scheduling me anymore because of said missed appointments. PRETTY FREAKING LOW IF YOU ASK ME BECAUSE ALL OF THESE SAID ISSUES WERE BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION AHEAD OF TIME AND SUPPOSED TO BE RESCHEDULED OR CANCELED THEN TO ACCUSE ME OF MISSING TOO MANY APPOINTMENTS I think you need to learn to function your business better for the simple fact of you did know ahead of time and because of the fact I let you know ahead of time pleaseEXPLAIN TO ME HOW THAT FALLS UNDER A MISSED APPOINTMENTS

My wife was in a vehicle that was hit from behind. That was more than 35 years ago. Her whiplash was extreme and has caused pain for all these years.Over the years I have taken her here and there but none of the results were as good as when she was treated at COUNTRY ROADS PHYSICAL THERAPY. I will have her there again next week. Thanks Country Roads for your expertise in what you do. Great results
