Shazia is a professional in all senses. Obviously very smart and took the extra time to make sure I understood her diagnosis and understood me as well. Receptionist and team where all super amicable as well imo.

My doctor does what she needs to but the office staff has been awful the whole 4 years Ive been using this company. The phone is barely answered they take forever to get back to you multiple hours sometimes a day or two and when they finally get back to you they tell you have to make an appointment to get your medicine filled and then take forever to answer again. This will be the 3rd time I cannot get my medicine refilled for when I NEED it because of the office staff and how long they take to do these things. I called yesterday at 11 no answer and got a text at 345 saying I needed to make my next appointment. Never got a response that day and now theyre closed until Tuesday. Im normally not one to do this but Im really agitated due to the amount of times Ive had struggles with this.

Great group of professionals. For my first time theyve made it super comfortable and accommodating. I always refer them.

Make sure you have a counselor that specializes in what you need. Not just someone who does it once in a while
