My son has been coming to the Franz Center for all his wellness and sick visits for the past 2 years starting at 12 months old. I never have an issue getting in for an appointment when he is sick the staff are incredibly sweet patient and attentive. The nurse practitioners listen to any concerns and do an amazing job. My son is under eval for ASDADHD and its been the Franz center that has supported me in getting him in to a neurologist and occupational therapy. Whenever I need documents or have questions or requests I send the office an email and they always respond within a timely manner. This is the only office I feel confidence providing medical care to my son period We love you Franz Center

We Always have a good experience. I love the homeopathic and common sense approach. The Dr always takes her time and doesnt haggle me about vaccines. I searched and searched for a Pediatrician like this one. I even drive an hour just to go here because my town doesnt have Pediatricians that allow parents to have a choice with the vaccines. My son was having recurring ear infections and this office recommended we see Dr palmer a chiropractor. And he hasnt had one since. The traditional pediatrician we were seeing beforehand had him on antibiotics for almost 8 months straight Without any results. Thats why I started looking for a better pediatrician. The one and only complaint I have is the scheduling system I would prefer to speak to somebody in the office As opposed to a scheduling service company

Loved them for years until they changed the billing. Refused to bill my insurance then went to a payment plan method even if you had insurance. With insurance it would have been hundreds a month for us to stay. They sent me to collections for a bill they refused to send to my insurance I fought it and won.

Dr. Franz is the most knowledgeable caring empathetic wonderful person and pediatric physician my family has come to know over the years. We are even late writing this review. Our daughter is 3 now and we have had nothing but the best service from the staff and nurses throughout her clinic. Dr. Franz provides the best service through her passion. Today was our visit with our newborn. We were seen for 30 minutes by someone other than Dr. Franz. We were there total for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Thats pretty ridiculous. Not an ideal experience with a newborn. This office needs to manage their time better than this. And it took me 8 tries to call and get the initial appointment. I was warned about all of this but other moms. But the Franz center is one of the very few that take the more holistic approach. Just be ready to wait...and wait...and wait...and not see Dr. Franz.

I am giving 5 stars because I adore the Franz Center. They put mom at the center of decisions with gentle guidance.I DO think there should be some improvements though. In the last few months my wait time has been very long. I waited almost an hour each time. Another improvement Id like to see is a wellsick room. If they cannot then make certain days well only non sick appointments. My son was in for a well visit and there was a kid with a full body rash and bleeding from the ears. I was terrified There were other kids with obvious fevers and bad coughs.A good note- my son did not get sick I was shocked lol.The only other thing Id think was worth mentioning is to get all practitioners on the same page with care. I had a doctor say that my sons allergies was because my house was too dusty and I need to get rid of my dog. We werent mad but found it funny... and we did not take the advice lol.In all- we love the office and especially Dr Franz.

Dr. Franz office is run by rude front and back office people. They schedule visits for vaccines on a level 2 basis which can get very expensive. If your are not sure what a level 2 visit is it is when you are sick or have a conversation about anything whether you have a hang nail or anything else. Also Dr. Franz is hardcore about not vaccinating. She has very strong opinions about not vaccinating children because she feels that they are extremely dangerous. However she will push her herbs and oils on you and your child without a single hesitation. I have to say that this practice is horrible. I would not recommend Dr. Franz as your childs doctor or anyone else in her office. Stay far away if you care about your child or childrens needs.

The staff is amazing Every time we have gone in we are greeted with a warm smile and the practitioner taking care of us actually shows interest in our sons health and not just our pockets. Making the jump to the franz center has helped us to keep our son from living off of man made drugs because of his allergies and has helped us to follow a healthy holistic lifestyle that can be easily maintained. Before switching providers we were horrified of vaccines but we were given the knowledge we needed to make the decision to keep our son vaccinated and follow a plan that would be easiest on his little body. The franz center truly does follow and teach the balance of mind body and spirit for the whole family and we love it. If youre looking for an office that will have you in and out quickly with a prescription in hand this is not the provider for you but if you are looking for a place that will take time with your child and provide them with the help specific to their needs somewhere that takes their time to teach you how to help your family live their healthiest life then the Franz center is the way to go.

We are relatively new patients and have loved the office thus far. We even drive an hour each way just to be patients of theirs. The front desk nursesnurse practitioners and Dr. Franz have been really great the times we have seen them and we have yet to have a single negative experience thus far. The women here are absolutely amazing and proactive about making my doctor-phobic toddlers comfortable which is invaluable. I dont feel that they over diagnose nor do I think they are overly conservative when it comes to treatment... They seem to have a very common sense approach to recommendations made. So far so good

We first saw Dr Franz 21 years ago. I cannot thank God enough for putting her into our lives Weve since had 4 children graduate out into adulthood. We have 2 left in the nest. I highly recommend Dr. Franz She takes the time to listen respects you as a parent offering her knowledge and experience to obtain optimum health. Shes an honest down to earth face to face doctor. Shes real. I love her and shes worth the wait in the office and worth the price they charge. God bless you Dr Franz Thank you for being there for us all these years
