Core Physicians - Plaistow

So this place was surprisingly bad. I had switched offices from epping to plaistow as its closer to me and wow was that a disappointment. This was one of the slowest places Ive ever been to. 20 min at the check-in just to be told to sit in the waiting room which was fine until I spent just over an hour waiting to be seen but I never was. I waited until they literally were closing the building down and one of the staff had to come out and ask me who I was waiting for. Over an hour wait I was there until they closed and I wasnt even seen. Not only is that a first for me but its absolutely outrageous that I even had to wait that long let alone for nothing. I figured they were understaffed but even if they were they should be more communicative with their patients. Terrible experience and very unprofessional.

My doctor is amazing but if it were not currently so hard to switch doctors Id be with another practice. The administrative staff here is broadline negligent. One of my appointments was rescheduled via a mailed notice that arrived a week before my original appointment. So I had already taken time off of work for no reason. When I called the office to ask that they notify me by email text or phone in the future they said Well we can try but there are a lot of different people in and out of here. So we cant guarantee anything. Then I did not have access to my records for over two months because their portal was down. Now I just found out that they have not given prior authorization for a procedure their office scheduled for me. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with multiple people at the office they can not find a record of the appointment yet I am staring at the appointment in their portal and will have to get back to me. Unfortunately I will be moving to another practice as soon as possible.

The office staff are extremely unprofessional and just RUDE. They make me feel like Im an inconvenience to them by showing up to my appointments.... I literally dread every appointment there. Love my doctors but the office staff are a joke.

Going to the doctor for years its always been a problem. Went to the emergency room at the Elliot hospital Was told I have to call my provider to get the results call at 9 in the morning at 630 I still havent heard anything very unprofessional.Looking for a new doctor.

They refused to see my almost 80 year old father today because he has a balance from over 7 years ago This is an elderly man living below poverty level. What a disgrace.

Do not go here staff is abusive and negligent they are beyond full of themselves and could care less about their patients there is less than a handful of the staff I have interacted with that werent horrible they treat you like you are a criminal and dont take a single thing you say seriously if you bring this up to another staff member you are berated for being rude and are blamed these people should not be allowed to practice medicine they should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their clients

Ive been with them since 2017 and Ive always had a great experience. I cant rate 55 because no one is perfect.

Ive been with them for a little over a year now and they have been everything but helpful. Canceling appointments on the day of when they made the appointments saying they provide a certain service and find out an hour before my appointment they do t after waiting 2 weeks so finally I decide to switch and this was almost a month ago and the women on the phone today was extremely rude when I was being very polite I said thank you so much and she just hung up. This place is ridiculous and I would NOT recommend to anyone

Called core about side effects to medication and they could not get a prescriber to call me just had an RN telling me to go to ER for no reason besides covering there behind. Called pharmacist and diagnosed and treatment regime given in 5 minutes. I had oral thrush from my antibiotics.

My expirence there is horrible. Dr fetcharo decided that he was just gonna not prescribe me medication I had been on for multiple years after having had multiple doctors send him the information on why I needed them he would not even consider. Whats the point in being a doctor if all your doing is making your patients suffer over your own personal ignorance an misunderstanding... Its pathetic. Especially with multiple doctors referrals. An his nurse assistant was also a total heartless ahole talking to me like I didnt matter at all an my concerns did not either. Its a pathetic excuse for a doctors office...
