CORA Physical Therapy - Clermont

Today was my last day of physical therapy and I am so happy with the results. I felt really taken care of and comfortable with the team. The ladys at the front desk are so sweet and the pt team are also the best Im leaving today happy for being back on my feet again but sad to not see them again. Awesome Facility

Horrible The girl at the front desk uses speaker phone while talking to patients so the very crowded waiting area all hears personal information.I had 11 visits with 9 different therapists and had to explain why I was there each time. I was told they cant do any manipulation of my very tight muscles because Florida doesnt allow it and Id have to go to a massage therapist. I was also told they cant do it because they are too busy with other patients. My therapists all were treating 3 people at the same time. Basically do this 10 times for 3 setsand theyd walk away. You wait for them to return after seeing the other 2 people to be told another excercise. They dont oversee you theres no conversation and if you express that a certain thing caused a flare up youll be told just do as much as you can while they walk away. I was in so much more pain and Im dissapointed I had to pay a Co pay for this type of service. They are in it for the money not to get you better. Trust me Go some where else.

Front staff employee is not friendly you could literally just say rude. While the therapist who did his evaluation was great this facility was not a fit for my son. I requested his evaluation paperwork be sent so we could move to another facility. The front staff employee took 6 days to send the paperwork and my son lost his place at the new facility.

There is 1 person for 3 or 4 patientsYou never know if you do it right or not. He or she said do this of 10 3 times and leave never follow up. Go to the computer writer something and nextThey made my knee worse. I had days after i can moveI will never and ever come back to that placeHORRIBLE

I recently had surgery on my ankle and was referred to Cora for therapy. I have had pt previously at another facility but this is the experience of my lifetime. I had the pleasure of working with Drew Meagan and Ben. They all were great. There presentation and personality readily let me know I was in the right place. They always made me feel like I was important to them. By the way the ladies at the front desk were also very nice. I hope I will never have to have p t again but if I had to I will always choose Cora on Seaver Oakley Dr.. Theyre the best.

The therapists are wonderful but I did not have the best experience. After two great appointments I showed up at my 3rd apt and was sharing a physical therapist with another person. It was their first visit so she kept telling me to do stretches I had already done from previous appointments and I was basically left by myself. I felt like a bother and was just doing what I would have done at home. I paid a 65 dollar copay for each appointment. I felt SO bad for the therapist because she was running around so stressed out. I also heard another therapist tell her she had two more the next hour. So they clearly over schedule and make their employees work harder which is ridiculous. I pay for one on one care and its just not what I got. I hope this comment is looked into and they only schedule one therapist per paying customer. I would have GLADLY scheduled my appointment at another time to have personal help. Im in a lot of pain and felt like I was just not a priority.

After having rotator cuff surgery Cora Physical Therapy was recommended. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming each and every time I was there. The atmosphere created by their personalities was encouraging and supportive. The sessions flew by without realization on my last day to hear my measurements were normal was nothing short of amazing. My experience at CORA Clermont was awesome The treatment I received tremendously improved my injured shoulder. The therapists are professional knowledgeable caring and fun to be around.
