Coppola Physical Therapy - Goffstown

Very Professional staff working with me to recover from Hip replacement surgery. Exercise programs were catered to my needs to regain mobility and strength to the affected area. Kaitlyn and Irene were awesome to work with explaining the recovery process and ensuring proper execution of each exercise to restore mobility and strength to the affected areas.

I went to Coppola Physical Therapy for lower back and hip pain. I also have migraines and hoped to get some neck exercises that would be helpful. I worked with Shelby and Kaitlyn. The were both excellent and I am doing so much better. Both were professional and made sure I understood the reasons for each exercise and did that I was able to do them correctly. Sharon the receptionist was efficient kind and friendly to everyone Overall it was a great experience and would recommend Coppola PT to anyone who had similar issues.

The physical therapy I have received at Golfstown Coppola has been outstanding. During each appointment I get helpful new stretches and exercises to help me improve my mobility and lessen my hip and lower back pain. At each session Irene uses massage or cupping to loosen my tight muscles. She patiently explains why she does everything and has given me advice on how to sit and how to stand. I improve week by week and am looking forward to a when I will be without pain and completely mobile. I owe her great thanks.

Dry needling by Irene and Caitlyn was very helpful for maintaining my mobility. Both of them were very flexible and inventive when developing an exercise routine. Irenes vast experience and knowledge helped me even when M.D.s had no clue.

I have been a client of Coppola for many years physical therapy for many different surgeries and have always been extremely satisfied with the staff and the results.

This was my first experience with PT as a patient. I saw Irene for the majority of my visits and was very satisfied with how things went. She was able to take my explanations of my pain and quickly pinpoint the source of my issue. From there we developed an attack that consistently gave improvement. I now have a regiment and knowledge that will prevent reoccurrence of my issue and I am back to full speed. I definitely wouldnt have been able to fix this on my own although I did try. Also a big thanks to Caitlin and Kaitlyn for getting me started and contributing to a successful experience.

This was my first PT experience and it was a great one. The therapists had a pre defined plan but also were kean on asking what you had done since the last session any daily tasks you were having problems with and tailored the sessions to address those particulars. I just completed my PT after a total hip replacement. Im back to doing the things I love. As with anything in life for PT you get out of it what you put into it. These folks will help you get back to healthy if you follow their instructions and put in the effort. Would definitely use again if ever needed.
