Chris Leanne and Amanda are fantastic.The environment there is very friendly and everyone works as a team and help each other out when needed. I have been here a few times now and they are so knowledgeable and really take the time to get you recovered. I never felt rushed in and out and they always answer my questions.Thank you all

Ive have been a patient at Coppola for the past several years and re-started therapy several weeks ago for a recent knee surgery. Alex is an excellent therapist. His attention to detail understanding the patients concerns and reacting to them is outstanding Thank you

Let me start with the staff and receptionist are extremely polite and professional. It is thier policy I am upset with. I unexpectedly had to work late. I called three hour ahead to notify I will not be able to make it. Three and a half hours later they called and left message asking where I was and I would be charged fifty dollars for canceling. Yet two weeks earlier when I left work eary and prepared to go to my appointment I get a call the therapist can not make it. They cancelled on me. I should be able to charge them 50 dollars then. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

It is different the receptionist area is done by on screen computers I not sure I like it or not. You arent trying to talk to someone on the other side of a sheet of glass. Since Covid put everything behind a computer screen it really is not that surprising.

Coppola Physical Therapy is good. I had a great therapist. What I didnt like was there is no person to check you init is done remotely on a monitor. Other than that it was fine.

Coppola Physical Therapy has treated me for several years because of my unfortunate musculoskeletal system which has required multiple surgeries. I am able to work and function at a nearly normal level thanks to excellent surgeons and just as importantly the very high quality Physical Therapy I have always received at Coppola PT. Additionally all the staff and therapists are nice people and accommodating to your physical needs and your scheduling requirements.I have recommended Coppola to several people and they have all been very pleased.

Marc worked with me to help my hip pain. The exercises for strengthening my muscles joints and tendons helped to ease the pain. He was very knowledgeable and I was impressed that he looked at the MRI report.All the staff at Coppola are friendly and helpful.I would definitely recommend them.

I just started vestibular PT with Aaron. He is informed of my condition interested and communicates his knowledge in detail. He took the time to establish my baseline and explain some of the goals he has for me. He answered all of my questions so that I understand. He was patient to let me recover between exercises. Im glad this specific type of PT is available close by and feel confidant in Aaron to guide me through it. As always I appreciate that Coppola therapists work with you one on on for the entire appointment.

Ive been receiving physical therapy at Coppola Physical Therapy and Fitness Gym in Derry New Hampshire since September 12 2023 and Im extremely satisfied with my experience. I attend sessions twice a week and Ive had the pleasure of working with Shelby and LeAnn. Both therapists have been instrumental in helping me achieve my goal of alleviating the persistent hip pain Ive been dealing with for months while also improving my flexibility. Their expertise and dedication to my recovery have been invaluable and I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking effective physical therapy. When my therapy sessions are complete I will finish this review in more detail but so far my experience has been rewarding.
