My first visit to Coppola Physical Therapy. Megan was professional thorough knowledgable and easy to talk to. I feel confident that she will plan a successful treatment plan for me and I look forward to this journey.

Great office with knowledgeable and caring staff. My physical therapist Meghan is top-notch with the greatest energy and has made some amazing progress with me. I highly recommend Coppola Physical Therapy.

I recently tore my meniscus. I went to Coppola physical therapy and worked with Steve and Stevie. Both are absolutely outstanding. Within 3 weeks I was almost completely back to normal. The exercises that they gave me to do in between sessions were doable and impactful. I highly recommend them. This is the second time that Ive gone to them when Ive had an injury.

Ive had PT with Coppola Physical Therapy a few different times and all of my experiences were great. The staff are very professional and friendly. After my knee replacement Deb Carney was wonderful and helped me a great deal. Linda Mowry

Very little empathy from the staff I would not recommend this office on that alone. In general the physical therapists seem to have a good heart and want to help but the office itself lacks empathy. I hope this was an outlier situation and maybe they just didnt like me. I hope that they dont treat other patients as coldly in the future but I will not be returning to this office.

Im a fairly new patient. Everyone is so happy and pleasant. Im working with Katie and Steve. They are so good about explaining things and educating me. Ive learned a lot in a short amount of time. Steve has a great sense of humor and believes in chronic lyme which I have and I know more about symptoms Im having. A friend recommended this place and I highly recommend it also.

Coppola PT in Concord is amazing. Debra Carney is the therapist who I have been seeing and she is great Very knowledgeable and most importantly makes me feel way better I have issues in my neck and low back hip area. She knows exactly what to do. I highly recommend this location all staff I have interacted with are very friendly.

I have been going there for many years and have had excellent results Im giving 5 stars to the staff but the online client setup and video check-in system they have is horrible. You dont connect with anyone in person until your PT comes to get you and everyone in the waiting room knows your personal information because the speaker on the screen is so loud It might be easier and less money for them to have this system in place but theyre definitely not considering their clients by keeping it. Because of that I had to drop it down to 4 stars overall.

Love Coppola. They are always friendly and efficient. Their dry needling cupping and massage has helped more than one injury heal much faster. Highly recommend.

Coppola is very nice and knowledgeable however they have recently gotten rid of there in person receptionists and when I recently had COVID there wasnt anyone available to answer the phones so i gad to call multiple times to cancel appointments not acceptable. Now waiting three plus weeks at a new pt office for an appointment. Thus all because Coppola decided to get rid of there receptionists.So my pt is now being put on hold for a long period of time awesomeThanks a bunch.
