Today I took my non-verbal autistic grandson in for treatment. The staff was amazing They were compassionate and organized . Ive been in the dental field for 22 years and felt very comfortable with the care he received and would definitely recommend them

Firstly we love our provider and feel we get great care and consideration for our child.The desk staff was extremely aggressive and rude when asked about their mask policy. After badgering me the woman then proceeded to intentionally elevate her voice as we walked by making rude comments about us to the other lady at the desk and over the phone. I could never imagine allowing an employee to speak to a customer in such a way without serious and immediate ramifications.

My children have gone here for the last two years and I HIGHLY recommend this office. They always have same day appointments theres no call center or automated answering service and you always get calls back the same day. If you are looking for an office that genuinely cares about your child there is no better place than them

The entire place is amazing Always get an appointment when you need to for a sick kiddo Up to date on changing healthcare and overall so welcoming

My daughters experience involved Dr.Edwards using blunt tip needles for vaccines and ensuring her stethoscope is freezing to the touch. To this day she is terrified of doctors.

After an experience where we had to take our 7 day old baby in on a Saturday and she needed lab work and they sent us to the ER for lab work during a pandemic because they dont have one open on weekends I decided to switch to a different office with weekend lab hours. Once they got the request to transfer records they wouldnt see my baby for her 2 week appointment even though I expressed concern that I didnt want her to miss an appointment while we waited on records to process at the new office. I also didnt like that all the records were paper and prescriptions were paper nothing was digital and there was no patient portal to view after visit notes health records or contact a provider.

We have been going here since we moved to the area in 2012 and I cannot think of one negative thing to say. The doctors and front staff are very pleasant and receptive. If you have concerns or questions the nurses will call you back quickly assess over the phone and get you an appointment quickly if need be. As a working mother getting to the doctor can be difficult if the kids are sick and they always have after hour appointments available.
