Concept Connections - Fort Worth

My wife and I were looking for a new ABA center for our severely autistic daughter. My wife went by to do a tour and was very detailed about our daughters needs. After the tour and conversations my wife and I were comfortable with moving forward. We proceeded to give them our insurance information and fill out their questionnairespaperwork. They said they need a bit of time to process it but after that conversation we never heard from them again.We have tried calling and emailing multiple times with no success. However were still seeing the owner post on social media trying to get new clients. Our conscience is very clear that we try to establish communication.If our daughter severe behaviors are not a good fit for their center thats okay just tell us so we keep looking. But instead we wasted about a month if not more trying to get a hold of them waiting for the paperwork to be processed etc. etc.Its frustrating because during that time we could have been looking for a center that would be willing to take her on with her behaviors but due to the lack of the professional courtesy it has delayed our process of her getting services.Im posting this so other families wont waste their time and encourage the team members of the center to have better communication so other families dont experience the same process.

My son went to concept connections for the summer he loved it He had so much fun and the best is that I see a lot of progress on his behaviors and communications skills. I would recommend it 100. Staff is really professional and prepared and they really take care of the kiddos excellent.
