Comtrea Health Center - Arnold

We have been with Comtrea for a while now. We use The Valley location for my daughter to see the dentist. We recently went to Festus for the intake process and it was so easy. The ladies there are amazing. It did take a while to get our 1st counseling appointment at the Arnold location. We have met with our daughters counselor Ashley and she is wonderful. She listened to my concerns then spoke with my daughter and came up with goals to work on during counseling. Comtrea has many locations and the staff are always so friendly. Thank you Comtrea for all you for those in your communities.

They did nothing to help my daughter. They had students working with her rather than real psychiatrists. They did not listen to her but rather just treated her like a number. They would switch people on her and shed have to start over. Its a mess. And they definitely did not help. In fact they made everything worse. Mental healthcare is a joke. With so many people out there depressed and killing themselves youd think theyd get their act together and figure out how to help rather than add to the problem

I really like it here. Everyone so far has been super and friendly. Dr. Naveen is super nice and works with me to help me instead of throwing a bunch of medicine with no explanation like I have gotten from other doctors in the past. I feel heard and comfortable in an environment where I feel heard and validated.

Great faculty filled with highly professional staff. Comtrea works with you too accommodate your needs. They are quite on point with their referrals and fast too with making your appointments. Very nice I must say

My provider is amazing but the overall organization is ran very poorly and you are treated like a number. I referred a family member here for crisis treatment they kept us waiting literally all day bouncing us around different locations just to tell us they didnt have anyone to evaluate them. My experience with them personally is that they are very disorganized constantly changing things up etc. Save your time and the trouble and please go to another location.

I have all good to say about my doctors at COMTREA in the Arnold Location. My cousler is a great person and she listens to me and my issues and she is more than helpful to me and my program. I am very grateful for the support and encouragement.Thank you Jesus

As Comtrea I came here for almost 16 months and was very pleased with the way things work today a few weeks after Compass took over I can see just how little this new entity cares ... today I was treated like a number and not a name ...As Compass I WILL NEVER use your service again

The Arnold office is amazing. Ive been to several and this is probably my favorite one out all them. The staff is staff is super sweet.

This place has the resources necessary to allow someone to get back on their feet and start living life again with a stress free environment. The resources they provide or can point you in the right direction seem never-ending.

My daughter spent 53 days in rehab for diluted drug screens. I took her to her Dr. and they did a UA on her and it was not diluted but a hour and half...

Ive only positive experiences here The counselors and the doctors are nice and helpful
