As a final year medical student who recently completed a rotation at CCS I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience under the guidance of Dr. Martinez.Dr. Martinezs approach to psychiatry is truly unique blending professionalism with elements of entertainment education inspiration and humor. This approach goes beyond treating patients medical conditions and involves a deep engagement with their individual stories in patient-centered approach.The atmosphere at CCS clearly reflects Dr. Martinezs dedication to mental health. His respect and admiration from both patients and staff alike mirror his integrity and unwavering commitment. Its evident that his values have positively influenced the clinics culture and practices.One of Dr. Martinezs philosophies is that everyone needs a coach and his mentorship has been a pivotal part of my medical journey. His dedication not only enriches the lives of his patients but also profoundly shapes the careers of aspiring medical professionals like myself.Furthermore Kristina the physician assistant that works with Dr Martinez is instrumental in providing compassionate care. Her calm demeanor and warm approach instantly put patients at ease. What sets Kristina apart is her genuine passion for her work which radiates through her interactions. She confided in me about her profound happiness working in this field and you can truly sense this joy in her patient interactions. Going above and beyond Kristina dedicates extra time to patients and excels in conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner through psychoeducation. I went to clinic skeptical but the staff made me feel welcomed and put me at ease.I met with the Dr who addressed all my concerns. He was very empathetic and took his time during my visit. The office staff is excellent.I will highly recommend this clinic to any one looking for someone who listen to you well.Most of doctors forget to ask the most imp question which is whats bothering you the most in your everyday life. Empathy compassion and reflection made all the difference to me

I was with this office for about a year never had any issues with my practitioner herself however I take a medication that causes significant withdrawals if it runs out and isnt refilled and also cant be refilled early. The support staff and some of the other physicians have been awful. I went through my first forced withdrawal due to a physician not signing the prescription he was sending in to get my refill done due to my physician being on vacation. he eventually just said I dont know whats going on and stopped responding. I had a second forced withdrawal again due to another internal issue with the staff. My 3rd and final forced withdrawal came due to the significant medication shortages going on. I had found a solution to go through with a medication dose increase that was planned with my practitioner during my appointment 2 days prior but at the time we didnt know that dose was in stock. The support staff when I reached out to inform them that I would be able to get my meds if that that went through responded saying they wouldnt do the planned increase and instead told me to call around and ask other facilities if they had my medications in stock. as a non provider when I called other facilities to ask about their stock I was placed on hold and hung up on 4 times before giving up. The staff refused to make any calls on my behalf even though at this time I was on day 5 with significant withdrawal symptoms. the staff eventually just said there wasnt anything they were able to do. I have since started looking for another office 3 withdrawals caused by this facilities staff for a multitude of reasons and the lack of empathy or effort put forward by them was my final straw. after the second withdrawal I should have left but was assured it wouldnt happen again. save yourself the trouble find a different office. I also still have not been followed up with after the last event by any staff and its been 6 days.

Dr. Martinez is a not only a superb psychiatrist but also an genuinely kind and caring human being. He makes an effort to really learn about his patients and students. In addition every member of the team at CCS including therapists and other physicians are all super friendly and are excellent at their jobs.

I was discarded like a used snot rag after a false positive screening by my provider Jaclyn Saraco whom I only had 2 brief 15-20 minute sessions after previously being with Del Pearl Hilario MMS PA-C for 7 months. Never consulted with me on these positive findings by Saracco just thrown under the bus as she disgraced my name integrity and reputation. I have a 14 year proven sobriety track record and nearly 4 years of clean drug testing with another clinician. Run the other way if she is suggested as your provider or should I say destroyer. I can prove my remarks. This is just not rhetoric.

Dr. Kistenberg brought me to a great place within myself. He was kind courteous and able to provide the best therapy. Im so glad I was taken care of

The providers and CCS staff create such a warm and welcoming environment It is so wonderful that one can see a therapist and provider in the same location and together you can work as a team to get you where you want to be. Highly recommend

Dr. Martinez all of the providers and the rest of the staff at CCS have been nothing but wonderful to me. They genuinely care about you and your overall well being. Its convenient to have both your therapist and psychiatrist at the same location to improve communication amongst all of your providers. I recommend CCS to my friends and family.
