Ive worked for CBS as an ABA Therapist for over a year now. Etty my case manager is fabulous. She is organized and efficient. My BCBA Frida is also excellent. She puts in more work than she has to and always helps me with anything I need on the job. My work with children on the spectrum is truly exciting Watching my clients grow their social skills and increase their independence is so fulfilling. Seeing their faces lights up my day.

Ive recently have been hired by CBS and throughout the hiring process the case manager Faige has been extremely supportive and consistent with getting me on board. The process was quick and I received a case within 2 weeks of applying. Another great aspect is that the company matches you with a kiddo that is in close distance to your home. What I like the best about this company so far is that they are looking for employees who are committed to working 6 months to a year at least on a case. If you are looking for stability CBS definitely has that to offer.Overall this company is extremely great with providing a fast and prompt hiring process and immediately matching candidates with a placement thats suitable to their needs.

I had a voice call with Alex Wilson recruiter and she was very sweet and understanding. The phone call was very smooth and she had such great energy. It was nice being able to hear a bit about her experience with children while she was inquiring about my experience. It felt like a nice conversation.
